Jeremy L. Stokes, 29, of Lincoln Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor, over .08 percent, second offense, by Deerfield Police. Found not guilty in the jury trial. Found responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. Fine of $100. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Judge William Mazanec III Greenfield, June 25

Daniel F. Burrell, 51, of Union Street, Greenfield. Charges of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and larceny under $1,200, by Greenfield Police. Released on conditions; must stay 5 feet away from a Union Street location and must have no contact with the named victim. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 1. The counsel fee was waived.

Judge David Ross Orange, June 26

Paula Walker, 45, of West Main Street, Orange. Charged with OUI-liquor. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until June 26, 2020, with special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol treatment program and after care, 45 day loss of license, payment of a $250 head injury fee, payment of a $250 OUI fee and no driving until the registry of motor vehicles restores her license.

Juan Colon, 36, of Bay Street, Springfield. Charge of identity fraud, by Deerfield Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. Defendant placed on probation until June 25, 2021, with 2.5 years in the house of correction. Must have no drugs or alcohol, with screens, and continue with concurrent counseling. The counsel fee was waived.

Thomas L. Peterson, 28, homeless of Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Dec. 27. Victim witness assessment of $50 and must have an evaluation, with treatment, and medication as recommended. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid, and a counsel contribution of $50 will be sent. The probation supervision of $50 was changed to community service.

Amy M. Niedbala, 32, of Iris Court, Greenfield. Charge of shoplifting by asportation, by Montague Police. Fine of $100 due by July 5. Decriminalized.

Joshua M. Acus, 24, of Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield. Charges of a marked lanes violation, failure to signal and OUI-liquor over .08 percent, in Deerfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 2.

Anthony J. Yukl, 27, of French King Highway, Gill. Charges of a motor vehicle lights violation, operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended for OUI and no inspection sticker, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 8.

Peter Mim II, 50, of Jennison Road, Wendell. Charge of violating an abuse prevention order, by Gill Police. Released on conditions to stay away from and have no contact with the victim, and must remain away from South Cross Road, Gill. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 1. The counsel fee was waived.

Tina M. Verchot, 42, of Bridge Street, Millers Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Defendant was placed on pretrial probation until Dec. 27, with no driving until reinstated by the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Found not responsible on a charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding a posted limit. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Dawn Wiggins, 40, of River Street, Hyde Park. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and uninsured motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Stephen E. Arsenault Jr., 29, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charge of violating an harassment prevention order, by Greenfield Police. Released on conditions. Must stay away from and have no contact, direct or indirect, with the victim. Pretrial conference set for July 31. The counsel fee was waived.

Krista Joyce, 48, of State Road West, Westminister. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and possession of a Class B drug. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Aug. 2.

David R. Berry, 44, of Royalston Road, Royalston. Charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Released with the special conditions to be on house arrest at his mother’s residence 24 hours a day, seven days a week along with a GPS to be installed and no contact with the victim. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 22.

Stacey L. Collins, 30, of West River Street, Orange. Charged with false crime report and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 26.

Brian J. Santana, 35, of Freedom Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations, Class A drug possession and failure to stop for a police officer. Released on personal recognizance. Status review is scheduled for July 12.

Taylor Taggart-Hampton, 27, of Charles Street, Fitchburg. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with no license and possession of Class A drug. Held on $150 bail. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 23.

Jessie E. Davis, 47, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Charges of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, and operating a motor vehicle with license revoked, by Deerfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for July 23.

Durly Bartolon, L Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, subsequent offense. Found not responsible on a charge of a number plate violation. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Reid C. Duffy, 25, of South Silver Lane, Sunderland. Charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, in Sunderland by State Police from the Northampton barracks. Admission to sufficient facts accepted, found guilty, with one year in the house of correction, direct with credit for 63 days. Charge of conspiracy to violate the drug law was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.

Sonny Yang, 28, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Admission to sufficient facts accepted, with OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, victim witness assessment of $50, 45-day loss of license and completion of the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Found not responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and unregistered motor vehicle. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee of $60 must be paid monthly, if required.

Charge of trafficking in 36 grams or more or less than 100 grams of cocaine, and conspiracy to violate drug law, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Bailed by $500 cash, with potential of bail revocation. Bind over hearing set for Aug. 1. Counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Josecario L. Manabat, 29, of Solon Street, Greenfield. Charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class B drug, by Deerfield Police. Bail set at $500 cash, by agreement, with potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 1. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Judy Peters, 58, of North Main Street, South Deerfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Deerfield Police, with court cost of $50, and it was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Kimberly Lawrence, 42, of Pepin Road, Brownington, Vt. Charges of registration sticker missing, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, trafficking in 36 grams or more or less than 100 grams cocaine, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. With $100 cash, by agreement. Bind over hearing set for Aug. 1. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Judge David Ross Orange, July 1

Jonah P. Bryant, 23, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with assault and battery on a family or household member and kidnapping. The defendant pled guilty to the first charge with special conditions to serve one year in the house of correction; 51 days of the one year sentence has already been served. Loss of license until July 2, 2021, no drugs or alcohol, must complete a certified intimate partners abuse education program, mental health program with partial hospitalization if necessary, comply with DCF service plan and stay at least 100 yards away from the victim’s residence until Oct. 1. The second charge was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Andre A. Desreuisseau Jr., 27, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with trespassing. Released on personal recognizance with a $50 fine.

Jonah P. Bryant, 23, of Brooks Village Road, Templeton. Charged with improper storage of a firearm. Released on personal recognizance. The defendant pled guilty and was placed on probation until June 30, 2020.

Justin J. Dodge, 30, of Eagleville Road, Orange. Charged with operating a motor vehicle unlicensed and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. Held with no bail. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 19.

James P. Bames-Johnson, 52, of Heather Court, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 6.

Christopher D. Brown, 44, of East Allen Ridge Road, Springfield. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding. With 45-day loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness assessment of $50, plus Driver Alcohol Education Program. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Pled guilty and found guilty. Fine of $100. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.

James D. Marciano, 31, of Lower Road, Deerfield. Charge of possession of a firearm without an FID card. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 1, 2021. Victim witness assessment of $50, with no drugs and screens. Must complete a mental health evaluation and must not possess any firearms. Charge of larceny of a firearm was nolle prossequi by the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly, when needed.

James D. Marciano, 31, of Lower Road, Deerfield. Charge of possession of a Class B drug, in Deerfield by Montague Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 1, 2021, with same terms and conditions as count two on another docket. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

James D. Marciano, 31, of Lower Road, Deerfield. Charges of possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug, possessing a Class D drug and possession of unlawful fireworks, by Deerfield Police, were all dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.

Sidney Womack, 40, of Cowles Street, Bridgeport, Conn. Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, second offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possessing unlawful fireworks, by Northfield Police. Bail set at $300 cash and pretrial conference set for Aug. 26. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Robert P. Labossiere, 30, of Country Corners Road, Amherst. Charge of level 2 or 3 sex offender failure to register, by Sunderland Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 8. The counsel fee was waived.

Christopher J. Baker, 31, of Walnut Street, Athol. Charged with OUI-liquor, second offense, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, no inspection sticker and possession of an open container in the motor vehicle. Defendant pled guilty to the first charge and must complete a 14-day treatment by Nov. 1, along with no driving until the registry of motor vehicles restores his license. Sufficient facts found on the second charge. Continued without a finding until Dec. 31. Found not responsible on all other charges.

Keith A. Shaw, 36, of Main Street, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on a family or household member. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 19.
