Daniel F. Burrell, 51, of Union Street, Greenfield. Charges of breaking and entering for a misdemeanor and larceny under $1,200, by Greenfield Police. Released on conditions; must stay 5 feet away from a Union Street location and must have no contact with the named victim. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 1. The counsel fee was waived.

Judge David Ross Orange, June 26

Paula Walker, 45, of West Main Street, Orange. Charged with OUI-liquor. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found but continued without a finding until June 26, 2020, with special conditions to complete a drug and alcohol treatment program and after care, 45 day loss of license, payment of a $250 head injury fee, payment of a $250 OUI fee and no driving until the registry of motor vehicles restores her license.

Juan Colon, 36, of Bay Street, Springfield. Charge of identity fraud, by Deerfield Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. Defendant placed on probation until June 25, 2021, with 2.5 years in the house of correction. Must have no drugs or alcohol, with screens, and continue with concurrent counseling. The counsel fee was waived.

Thomas L. Peterson, 28, homeless of Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Dec. 27. Victim witness assessment of $50 and must have an evaluation, with treatment, and medication as recommended. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid, and a counsel contribution of $50 will be sent. The probation supervision of $50 was changed to community service.

Tina M. Verchot, 42, of Bridge Street, Millers Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Defendant was placed on pretrial probation until Dec. 27, with no driving until reinstated by the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Found not responsible on a charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding a posted limit. The probation supervision fee was waived.

David R. Berry, 44, of Royalston Road, Royalston. Charged with violating an abuse prevention order. Released with the special conditions to be on house arrest at his mother’s residence 24 hours a day, seven days a week along with a GPS to be installed and no contact with the victim. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 22.

Stacey L. Collins, 30, of West River Street, Orange. Charged with false crime report and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for July 26.

Brian J. Santana, 35, of Freedom Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violations, Class A drug possession and failure to stop for a police officer. Released on personal recognizance. Status review is scheduled for July 12.

Taylor Taggart-Hampton, 27, of Charles Street, Fitchburg. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with no license and possession of Class A drug. Held on $150 bail. Pretrial hearing is set for Aug. 23.

Judy Peters, 58, of North Main Street, South Deerfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Deerfield Police, with court cost of $50, and it was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Kimberly Lawrence, 42, of Pepin Road, Brownington, Vt. Charges of registration sticker missing, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, trafficking in 36 grams or more or less than 100 grams cocaine, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. With $100 cash, by agreement. Bind over hearing set for Aug. 1. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Jonah P. Bryant, 23, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with assault and battery on a family or household member and kidnapping. The defendant pled guilty to the first charge with special conditions to serve one year in the house of correction; 51 days of the one year sentence has already been served. Loss of license until July 2, 2021, no drugs or alcohol, must complete a certified intimate partners abuse education program, mental health program with partial hospitalization if necessary, comply with DCF service plan and stay at least 100 yards away from the victim’s residence until Oct. 1. The second charge was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Andre A. Desreuisseau Jr., 27, of East River Street, Orange. Charged with trespassing. Released on personal recognizance with a $50 fine.

Jonah P. Bryant, 23, of Brooks Village Road, Templeton. Charged with improper storage of a firearm. Released on personal recognizance. The defendant pled guilty and was placed on probation until June 30, 2020.

Justin J. Dodge, 30, of Eagleville Road, Orange. Charged with operating a motor vehicle unlicensed and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. Held with no bail. Pretrial hearing is scheduled for Aug. 19.

Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Pled guilty and found guilty. Fine of $100. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.

James D. Marciano, 31, of Lower Road, Deerfield. Charge of possession of a firearm without an FID card. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 1, 2021. Victim witness assessment of $50, with no drugs and screens. Must complete a mental health evaluation and must not possess any firearms. Charge of larceny of a firearm was nolle prossequi by the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly, when needed.

James D. Marciano, 31, of Lower Road, Deerfield. Charge of possession of a Class B drug, in Deerfield by Montague Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 1, 2021, with same terms and conditions as count two on another docket. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

James D. Marciano, 31, of Lower Road, Deerfield. Charges of possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug, possessing a Class D drug and possession of unlawful fireworks, by Deerfield Police, were all dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.

Sufficient facts found on the second charge. Continued without a finding until Dec. 31. Found not responsible on all other charges.
