Eric S. Poirier, 48, of Walnut Street, Winchendon. Charges of no inspection sticker and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Northfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 7, 2020.

Brandyn K. Martinez, 23, of Federal Street. Greenfield. Charges of leaving the scene of property damage, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a marked lanes violation, number plate violation to conceal identification, no inspection sticker, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 3. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Judge Laurie MacLeod Orange, Aug. 9

Katrina G. Demanche-Pento, 21, of Dexter Street, Orange. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member. The defendant was placed on pretrial probation until Feb. 7, 2020, with special conditions to complete anger management.

Will C. Scott, 29, of Stone Road, Orange. Charged with larceny under $1,200. The defendant plead guilty and was fined $100.

James E. Trowbridge, 38, homeless, of West Lebanon, N.H. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, license not in possession and possession of a Class B drug, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance, with the potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 7. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Paul J. Pettway, 28, of Putnam Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Fined $100. Charge of a number plate violation was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Judge Laurie MacLeod Orange, Aug. 12

Jacob C. Thompson, 18, of Bog Road, Enfield, N.H. Charged with assault, malicious destruction of property less than $1,200, assault and battery on a disabled person 60 years or older and carrying a dangerous weapon. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance with special conditions to stay away from the victim and undergo a mental health evaluation and follow-up. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 13.

Gary H. Moise, 68, of Mayo Road, Orange. Charged with larceny over the amount of $1,200 and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. Count 1 had sufficient facts found but was continued without a finding until Aug. 11, 2020, with special conditions to write a letter of apology and travel restrictions. Count 2 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Ryan A. Parent, 30, of Hinsdale, N.H. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 7.

Morgan P. Mead, 56, of Old Stage Road, Wendell. Charged with trespassing. Arraigned and held. Decriminalized with a $100 fine.

James Thornely, 72, of Wendell. Charged with trespassing. Arraigned and held. Decriminalized with a $100 fine.

Luis A. Rivera Jr., 39, of Lewis Street, Athol. Charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, large capacity of firearms in the vehicle and two counts of improper large-capacity firearms near a minor. Arraigned and held. Released on $1,000 bail with special conditions to surrender LTC to Athol Police Department. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 10.

Keysha Simonetta, 23, of Lincoln Street, Leominster. Charged with shoplifting by asportation. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth with a $50 fine.

Jeffrey Carignan, 24, of Kyle Drive, Templeton. Charged with shoplifting by asportation. Arraigned and held. Dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth with a $50 fine.

Justin J. Judge, 28, of Beacon Street, Athol. Charged with operating a motor vehicle while license was suspended for OUI and possession of a Class E drug. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance, with special conditions of no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles restores his license. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 7.

Henry A. Helie, 51, of Avenue A, Turners Falls. Charged with a marked lanes violation, OUI-liquor, OUI-drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in the motor vehicle. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 4.

Eric D. Peterson, 43, of Prospect Street, Athol. Charged with disturbing the peace. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth with a $100 fee.

Meili C. Lewis, 29, of Pequoig Avenue, Athol. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Sept. 16.

James R. Damon, 63, of Marshall Street, Turners Falls. Charge of assault and battery, by Deerfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Feb. 13, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $50, mental health evaluation and treatment, and must have no contact with and stay 100 yards away from the victim. The probation supervision fee of $65 will continue monthly as needed.

Belal M. Ansari, 32, of Oleander Street, West Springfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Deerfield Police. Plead guilty and found guilty. Fined $100. Found not responsible on a charge of no inspection sticker.

Pretrial conference set for Oct. 9. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Victoria Gibson, 38, of Bray Road, Buckland. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Shelburne Police. Court costs $50 were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Michael G. Molloy, 24, of Silver Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent and a marked lanes violation, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Aug. 13, 2020, with 45 days loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, victim witness assessment of $50 and completion of the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. The probation supervision fee of $65 will continue monthly as needed.

Thomas R. Dube, 30, of Valley Street, Springfield. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Feb. 14, 2020, with the victim witness assessment of $50, and must attend and complete the safe driver course. The counsel fee of $150 and the counsel contribution of $50 must be paid. The probation supervision fee was waived.
