Brandyn K. Martinez, 23, of Federal Street. Greenfield. Charges of leaving the scene of property damage, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, a marked lanes violation, number plate violation to conceal identification, no inspection sticker, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 3. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Katrina G. Demanche-Pento, 21, of Dexter Street, Orange. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member. The defendant was placed on pretrial probation until Feb. 7, 2020, with special conditions to complete anger management.

Will C. Scott, 29, of Stone Road, Orange. Charged with larceny under $1,200. The defendant plead guilty and was fined $100.

Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, license not in possession and possession of a Class B drug, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance, with the potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Oct. 7. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Paul J. Pettway, 28, of Putnam Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Fined $100. Charge of a number plate violation was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Gary H. Moise, 68, of Mayo Road, Orange. Charged with larceny over the amount of $1,200 and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official. Count 1 had sufficient facts found but was continued without a finding until Aug. 11, 2020, with special conditions to write a letter of apology and travel restrictions. Count 2 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Ryan A. Parent, 30, of Hinsdale, N.H. Charged with assault and battery on a family/household member. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 7.

Charged with assault with a dangerous weapon, large capacity of firearms in the vehicle and two counts of improper large-capacity firearms near a minor. Arraigned and held. Released on $1,000 bail with special conditions to surrender LTC to Athol Police Department. Pretrial hearing set for Oct. 10.

Keysha Simonetta, 23, of Lincoln Street, Leominster. Charged with shoplifting by asportation. Arraigned and held. Released on personal recognizance. Dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth with a $50 fine.

The probation supervision fee of $65 will continue monthly as needed.
