Greenfield, Nov. 6

9:05 p.m. — Accident reported at intersection of Davis Street and Woodleigh Avenue.

Montague, Nov. 6

1:48 p.m. — Report of a suspicious object on the bike path under the Turners Falls-Gill Bridge. Described as a can with cardboard tubes sticking out that say “TNT.” Caller states item does not appear to be live, possibly a used firework. Officer Daniel Miner advised. Miner located the item and confirmed it was a used firework. Disposed of.

8:43 p.m. — Caller states there are some kids trying to get onto the roof of Hillcrest Elementary School. Two juvenile females located and moved along.

Greenfield, Nov. 7

9:06 a.m. — Hypodermic needle found near the parking garage on Olive Street.

10:34 a.m. — Hypodermic needle found on Federal Street.

3:03 p.m. — Accident reported at intersection of Newton Street and Mohawk Trail.

Montague, Nov. 7

11:07 a.m. — A Fifth Street caller states someone has spray-painted graffiti on her barn.

8:55 p.m. — Caller states his son was involved in a hit-and-run accident today at around 1 or 1:30 a.m. Caller states the passenger in his son’s car was complaining of neck pain at the time of the accident. Significant damage to both vehicles but his son did not obtain any license plate information. Caller states vehicle was a gray Toyota Camry and was driven by a man who works for a landscaping company. Detective Jacob Lapean advised, requests caller come to station tomorrow with his son’s vehicle during daylight hours to file a report and have photos taken.

Greenfield, Nov. 8

6:50 p.m. — Malicious destruction reported on Washington Street.

Montague, Nov. 8

7 p.m. — Anonymous caller on Fifth Street states a man is causing a disturbance in his apartment. Units advised. Officer Cody Wells states the man was unwilling to open the door. Attempted to speak with him through the door, was advised of consequences if a second complaint is made. Attached man called the station, was advised of complaint by Wells via phone. Man stated he would have shot the officers through the door if he possessed a firearm.

Greenfield, Nov. 9

2:20 p.m. — Malicious destruction reported on School Street.

10:34 p.m. — Bryn Marie Stack, 20, of Greenfield, was arrested for OUI-liquor over .08 percent, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Montague, Nov. 9

5:12 a.m. — Caller states there is a large tree down blocking half of Miller Falls Road near Industrial Boulevard. DPW responding.

Greenfield, Nov. 10

3:45 a.m. — Amanda M. Beauchesne, 31, of Greenfield, was arrested for OUI-liquor over .08 percent, a motor vehicle lights violation and not being in possession of a registration.

4:59 p.m. — Accident reported at Cheapside Street underpass.

Montague, Nov. 11

8:42 a.m. — A Third Street caller says dead sunflower stems were thrown on and around his car. Does not known who put them there but said he has had problems with several people recently.

3:11 p.m. — A Bulkley Street caller would like it on record that someone went through her vehicle last night. Nothing missing except some cigarettes. No damage to vehicle.

Montague, Nov. 12

12:29 a.m. — Officer Joshua Dobosz reports a vehicle went off the road at the intersection of Canal and Third streets. Sgt. Peter Lapachinski en route. Officers spoke to the driver. No signs of impairment, no damage to public property. Driver sent on his way.
