Greenfield, Nov. 15

3:05 p.m. — Accident with injuries reported near Four Rivers Charter Public School on Colrain Road.

Montague, Nov. 15

10:29 a.m. — Sunderland Road resident complaining of coyote in a field that has been hanging around since 7:30 a.m. Conferenced with Environmental Police.

10:12 p.m. — Caller near the Mohawk Ramblers Motorcycle Club on Lake Pleasant Road states there is a large tree down across the road. Unsure if it took down power/phone lines. Officer Cody Wells advised. Eversource employees moved the tree off the wires. DPW will need to use a loader to move off roadway. DPW cleared the roadway.

Greenfield, Nov. 16

2:30 p.m. — Three-vehicle accident reported on the Route 2 bypass.

2:52 p.m. — Accident with injuries reported near the 99 Restaurant on Colrain Road.

3:07 p.m. — Larceny reported at the emergency shelter on Wells Street.

7:34 p.m. — Shoplifting reported at Ryan & Casey Liquors on Main Street.

Montague, Nov. 16

7:16 a.m. — Report of a tree that fell on the embankment and is partially obstructing the railroad tracks down from 34 Green Pond Road. Call placed to Pan Am Railways, who will send someone to remove the tree.

3:24 p.m. — Caller states there are multiple trees tipped over on the Broadway Street path from yesterday’s storm. Concerned a tree will fall on someone. Officer James Ruddock advised. Trees appear to be on Turners Falls Water Department property. Department advised.

Greenfield, Nov. 17

8:05 a.m. — Breaking-and-entering reported on Deerfield Street.

4 p.m. — John M. Sulzycki, 65, of Greenfield, was arrested for open and gross lewdness.

Greenfield, Nov. 18

11:49 a.m. — Larceny reported on Coombs Avenue.

Montague, Nov. 18

4:53 a.m. — A Fifth Street caller states two men were pounding on her front door and screaming for someone named Lenny. They went around to the back of the house and tried to force their way in when the caller partially opened the door to say that no one named Lenny lives there. Caller was able to close the door and lock it. The men seemed intoxicated. They initially left in a dark-colored Subaru with New Hampshire plates. Caller advised to call 911 if the vehicle returns.

6:39 p.m. — An L Street caller states he heard a “crash.” When he went outside, he saw a white vehicle had been struck and its bumper was on the ground. Did not see vehicle that may have done the damage. Officer James Ruddock requesting a BOLO be given to the Greenfield Police Department about the other involved vehicle, a U-Haul box truck with an Hispanic driver.

Greenfield, Nov. 19

2:14 p.m. — Assaults and/or battery reported at ServiceNet.

Montague, Nov. 19

12:54 p.m. — Caller states someone dumped a mattress in the back of Springdale Cemetery on Turnpike Road. DPW notified.

4:40 p.m. — Report of a fire on Turner Street, in the pellet stove exhaust pipe. Turners Falls Fire Department advised.

Montague, Nov. 20

8:18 a.m. — Officer Nathan Pervere was flagged down near Judd Wire on Turnpike Road about a needle on the side of the road. Needle recovered.

5:30 p.m. — DPW took a call regarding a tree leaning against another tree that will take down wires on East Chestnut Hill Road if it falls. Eversource advised.

Montague, Nov. 22

11:59 a.m. — Caller advised someone dumped a couch on Newton Street.
