Greenfield, March 30

1:16 p.m. — An Elm Street caller requests to speak to an officer regarding a previous breaking-and-entering incident.

Montague, March 30

4:32 p.m. — Manager at Food City reporting man sole some meat from the store. Last seen walking north on Avenue A. Officer Michael Sevene viewed video footage and confirmed identity of suspect.

10:31 p.m. — An L Street caller states she has had someone coming onto her porch and taking things. States landlord posted “No Trespassing” signs but tonight, the man came onto her porch again attempting to take her cigarette butts. Reporting party states when she asked the man to leave because there were signs he stated he didn’t see the sign, started yelling at her and rushed toward her. Caller went inside.

Greenfield, March 31

7:43 a.m. — Report of a hypodermic needle on Mohawk Trail.

8:30 a.m. — A Norwood Street caller reports a suspicious person across the street brushing his teeth. Subject waiting for bed at rehab.

10:04 a.m. — A Federal Street caller reports employees found a bag filled with prescription medications. Police took possession of bag.

1:56 p.m. — Caller reports a past assault. Reports his face is messed up. States he will get his own ride to the hospital. Was also given phone number to district regarding possible harassment prevention order.

4:09 p.m. — An accident without injuries occurred at the intersection of Alden and Beech streets.

7:18 p.m. — Caller at the swimming area on Nash’s Mill Road reports a drone in the area is stalking her.

Montague, March 31

11:27 a.m. — A Third Street caller states there are three broken beer bottles on the sidewalk outside his business. DPW notified.

11:40 a.m. — Caller states the driver of a truck in front of him on Federal Street threw trash out his window into the road. Described as a white truck. No officers available to respond at the time.

Greenfield, April 1

12:38 a.m. — Overdose on Davis Street.

12:03 p.m. — Caller reports her son was pulled over in Greenfield by an unmarked vehicle attempting to get payment on an excise tax. Reports the vehicle was silver with lights on the dashboard. Police to be on lookout for vehicle.

Greenfield, April 2

9:32 a.m. — An accident without injuries occurred at the intersection of Hope and Russell streets. Minor damage. Citation issued.

5:53 p.m. — Report of a malicious destruction at Clinical & Support Options at 296 Federal St. Reporting party requesting to have it documented that involved man bent the hinges to both front doors and damaged wall upon being discharged from facility.

7:30 p.m. — Two employees report a “Stanley” was in the store roughly an hour earlier making vague statements about wanting to contract the coronavirus. Contact made. Informed there could be charges brought against him depending on how he was talking in regards to COVID-19. Stated he would not speak of COVID-19 in public places. Reporting party advised of trespass options.

11:58 p.m. — An accident with injuries occurred on Mountain Road. Swerved to avoid a deer. No airbag deployment. May have cracked a rib. Police, fire and AMR ambulance advised.
