1:10 a.m. — Trespassing reported on Mountain Road.

8:59 a.m. — Larceny investigated on Franklin Street.

7:36 p.m. — Disturbance reported at Miles and Main streets.

Thursday, Nov. 2

11:23 a.m. — Shoplifting reported at Big Y on the Mohawk Trail.

4:53 p.m. — Hypodermic needle found on School Street.

8:33 p.m. — Martha P. Dardano, 39, of North Pleasant Street in Amherst, was arrested on a warrant as well as two counts of assault and battery on a police officer and one count of resisting arrest following police response to Hawks & Reed Performing Arts Center on Main Street.

Friday, Nov. 3

3:15 p.m. — Joseph A. Ewig, 42, of North Street in Erving, was arrested on one count of Class C drug possession and one count of Class B drug possession (subsequent offense) near China Gourmet on the Mohawk Trail.

5:39 p.m. — Crystal Wells, 39, of Wells Street in Greenfield, was arrested on a warrant on Wells Street.

3:17 p.m. — Brandy Nicole Ciolino, 30, of West Mountain Road in Bernardston, was arrested on a warrant as well as two counts of assault and battery on a police officer and one count of resisting arrest on Main Street.

Wednesday, Nov. 8

1:51 a.m. — A traffic stop at Pierce and Chapman streets resulted in the arrest of Peter Duffy, 52, of Allen Street in Greenfield, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, OUI-liquor over .08% (third offense) and negligent operation of a motor vehicle.

11:07 a.m. — Larceny investigated at BJ’s Wholesale Club on Colrain Road.

2:48 p.m. — Nicholas Paul Morin, 24, of Chapman Street in Greenfield, was arrested at the Greenfield Skate Park on charges of assault and battery on a police officer, assault and battery on ambulance personnel, assault and battery on a person over 60/disabled with injury, OUI drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, open and gross lewdness, and vandalizing property.
