Also arrested was Krystle Lynn Swan, 34, of Mechanic Street in Shelburne Falls, on a charge of intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official.

11:24 a.m. — Cody W. Desrosier, 29, of Armory Street in Greenfield, was arrested on Smith Street on two warrants.

12:32 p.m. — John Foster Kane, 34, of Avery Hill Road in Colrain, was arrested on charges of Class A drug possession, Class E drug possession and leaving the scene of property damage following a reported hit and run at Georgio’s Pizza on Main Street.

2:42 p.m. — Disturbance investigated at the Days Inn on Colrain Road.

3:45 p.m. — Keith A. Yagovane, 36, of Chapman Street in Greenfield, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license (subsequent offense) and failure to stop/yield following a traffic stop at the intersection of Congress and Prospect streets.
