Sarah J. Lee, 38, of Grape Street, Fair Haven, Vt. Charges of possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Defendant was sentenced to 25 days in the house of correction, with credit. Charges of possession of a burglarious instrument and conspiracy to violate drug law were both dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.

Cheryl M. Price, 66, of Woodgate Road, Enfield, Conn. Charges of uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Dec. 13.

Richard P. Boisvert, 47, of Leda Avenue, Manchester, N.H. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, miscellaneous equipment violations, unregistered motor vehicle and uninsured motor vehicle, by Northfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Nov. 14.

Christopher T. Holt, 52, of Crescent Street, Athol. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, second offense, in Whately by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. OUI victim assessment of $50 and head injury assessment of $250. Two years loss of license. Must not have drugs or alcohol, with screenings, and spend 14 days in a residential alcohol education in-patient program. Charge of possession of a Class A drug. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until with Nov. 12, 2021. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of marked lanes violations and possession of an open container of alcohol. The counsel fee and probation supervision fee were waived.

Jelani D. Gilbert, 24, of Pleasant Street, Granby. Charge of window obstructed nontransparent and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Sunderland Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 3, 2020.

William Brannigan, 61, homeless of Greenfield. Charge of larceny from a building, by Greenfield Police. Bail of $1,250 cash. Pretrial conference set for Dec. 6.

Julio C. Ramon Velerio, 31, of Easthampton Street, Holyoke. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, no inspection sticker and a number plate violation, by Deerfield Police. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 10, 2020.

Furquan S. Davis, 36, of Ringgold Street, Springfield. Charges of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, motor vehicle not meeting the Registry of Motor Vehicles safety standards and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, in Deerfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 31, 2020.

Stephen J. Hosier, 33, of Elm Street, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery on a correctional facility employee, in Greenfield by the Franklin County House of Correction. Bail of $5,000 cash, without prejudice. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 27, 2020.

Thomas F. Schack, 35, North Main Street, Sunderland. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, by Sunderland Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Nov. 13, 2020, with 45 days loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victim assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness assessment of $50. Must complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Fee was waived. Found not responsible on charges of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly, as needed.

Leigh-Ann Kenney, 34, of Main Street, Charlemont. Charge of assault and battery, in Charlemont by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance with a no-contact order. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 27, 2020.

Bienvenido Rivera, 52, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and uninsured motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police, were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 2, 2020. The counsel fee was waived.

Laura L. Rooney, 47, of Wonsey Road, Montague. Charges of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and leaving the scene of property damage, by Montague Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 2, 2020. The counsel fee was waived.

Simon Wolkoff, 19, of Enfield Road, Pelham. Charges of a marked lanes violation, OUI-drugs, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and possession with intent to distribute a Class D drug, by Sunderland Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 2, 2020. The counsel fee was changed to 16 hours of community service.

Charges of reckless endangerment of a child, assault and battery on a family/household member and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, in Whately by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Sanjustino Natal, 45, of Wait Street, Springfield. Found not responsible on a charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, in Deerfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Pleaded guilty and found guilty, with a $100 fine.

Garey Braham, 29, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and uninsured motor vehicle were both dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Kevin F. Vaudrian, 49, of James Road, Putney, Vt. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of unregistered motor vehicle.

Shawn M. Slattery, 49, of West Main Street, Heath. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Deerfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and was found guilty. Fined $50.

Jaquan Lewis, 27, of Iris Court, Greenfield. Found not responsible on a charge of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, in Deerfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Victor B. Vintson, 34, of Court Street, Springfield. Charges of possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, two counts of possession of a Class B drug, possession of a Class C drug and conspiracy to violate drug law. Bail set at $500 cash or $5,000 surety. Pretrial conference set for Dec. 18. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.
