Ricardo J. Santos, 40, of Haywood Street, Greenfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Court cost of $50 dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of no inspection sticker.

Kelley Sinclair, 35, of School Road, Bernardston. Charges of possession of a Class A drug and possession of a Class B drug, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until June 2, 2020.

Katelyn A. Martinez, 28, Willard Avenue, Springfield. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until June 3, 2020, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victim assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness assessment of $50. The Driver Alcohol Education Program must be completed. Charges of OUI-drugs, and possession of a Class B drug were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of no inspection sticker and possession of an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. The counsel fee has been changed to 16 hours of community service. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Tara K. Tulley, 40, of River Road, Hadley. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent by Sunderland Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until June 3, 2020, with 45 days mandatory loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness of $50. Bonnie Deflumeri, 62, of Amherst Road, Sunderland. Two same charges of intimidation of a witness/juror/police/court official, by Sunderland Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Oct. 25. Must stay away from and have no contact of a named woman. The counsel fee was waived.

Jeffrey Cancel-Muniz, 39, homeless of Turners Falls. Charges of violating a harassment prevention order and a threat to commit a crime by Montague Police, and of failing to register as a sex offender, by Greenfield Police. Bail set at $1,000 cash, with potential of bail revocation with right to review. Pretrial conference set for July 1. The counsel fee was waived.

Sentenced to six months in the house of correction, suspended until Sept. 16, 2020. Defendant placed on probation until then, with mental health evaluation. Must have no contact with the victim, must sign releases, must complete the Batterer’s Program and must comply with 209A. Charge of violating an abuse prevention order, pled guilty and found guilty, with the same six months in the house of correction, suspended until Sept. 16, 2020, concurrent. Charge of assault and battery on a person 60 or older or disabled, pled guilty and found guilty, with six months in the house of correction, suspended until Sept. 16, 2020, concurrent. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Brenda Johnson, 26, of Belmont Avenue, Springfield. Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, by Greenfield Police. Defendant placed on pretrial probation. The counsel fee and probation supervision fee were waived.

Lais Silva, 27, of 18th Street, Dracut. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a license suspended, by Northfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 3, with no driving until the license is reinstated. Found not responsible on charges of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit and license not in possession. The counsel fee and probation supervision fee were waived.
