Charges of vandalizing property, and breaking and entering into a building at nighttime for felony, by Greenfield Police, with bail set at $2,000 cash, or $20,000 surety, and must stay away from a specific School Street location, and must stay from a Pleasant Street location, both in Greenfield, and with a pretrial conference will be for 6/24/19. The counsel fee was waived.

Jillian E. Harrington, 33, of Quails Hill Road, Brattleboro, Vt. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, and with a court cost of $50, and to be dismissed if a court cost is paid by today, and it will be dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Amos Dennis, 60, of South Silver Lane, Sunderland. Charges of marked lance violation, OUI-drugs, negligent operation of motor vehicle, and speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, by Sunderland Police, with terms of release is set for personal recognizance, with pretrial conference are set to July 26.

Meaghan M. Jones, 41, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charges of speeding rate of speed greater than was reasonable and proper, fail to stop for police, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, possession of an open container of alcohol inn the motor vehicle, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, with terms of release set for personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set for July 23. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Richard A. Arabia, 48, Chapman Street, Greenfield. Charge of violation of abuse prevention order, plead guilty, found guilty, with defendant placed on probation until Nov. 20, with nine-months in the house of correction, suspended until 11/20/19, and must stay 50 yards away, and have no contact from the victim, and must abide by restraining order. The counsel fee was waived, as was the probation supervision fee.

Peter P. Doyle, 30, of a postal box in Turners Falls. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Montague Police, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, with pretrial conference is set for July 12.

Carlos E. Cuba, 30, of Baldwin Street, Springfield. Charges of failure to wear a seat belt, possession of a Class A drug, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Bernardston by State Police from Shelburne, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, and must have no contact, and stay away from three subjects who are co-defendants, and as of pretrial conference July 2. The counsel fee was waived.

Joshua Collazo, 34, Randall Place, Springfield. Charges of possession of a Class A drug, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Bernardston by State Police from Shelburne, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, and must have no contact, and stay away from the co-defendants who must have no drugs, or screens, with pretrial conference set for July 2. The counsel fee was waived.

Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, was cost $50, and to be dismissed if court costs was to be paid this day, and was to be dismissed on recommendation of the probation department, and then to be dismissed upon by request of the commonwealth. The speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit was found not responsible.

Candace L.Maguire, 21, of Pray Drive, Greenfield. Charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, by Greenfield Police, with it to be dismissed by $85 of restitution, and then it was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Hilary M. Black, 58, of Sumner Stetson Road, Heath. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Nov. 22, and with a victim witness assessment was waived. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Charles J. Cummings, 43, of Center Street, Northampton. Charge of shoplifting by asportation, third offense, by Greenfield Police, plead guilty, found guilty, with nine months at the house of correction, concurrent with another case, and Mill Street ordered it be served at Hampshire County House of Correction. Counsel fee was waived. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, with guilty plea, found guilty, and sent 10 days in house of correction and then it was ordered that the sentence to be at Hampshire County House of Correction as ordered by Milll Street. Counsel fee was waived.

Christopher W. Frey, 64, of J Street, Turners Falls. Charges of number plate violation to conceal identification, and uninsured motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police, were both dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Charge of unregistered motor vehicle was found not responsible.

Vincent P. Garbitelli, 66, listed as to a Post Box in Williston, N. Y. Charge of speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, in Whately by State Police from Northampton, was found not responsible. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Jeffrey P. Warren-Pukis, 54, of Bangs Street, Millers Falls. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Sunderland Police, was dismissed, upon request of the commonwealth.

Jaquan Lewis, 27, of Iris Court, Greenfield, Charges of speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Deerfield by State Police from Shelburne, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set at July 19.

Timothy J. Bryant, 60, of Federal Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, by Greenfield Police, with a court cost of $50, and was to be dismissed if court costs was paid by 7/5/19, and was then to be dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Charge of possession of ammunition without an FID card, was plead guilty, found guilty, and was filed with defendant’s consent until June 21. Charge of no inspection sticker was found not responsible.

Charge of forge or misuse a Registry of Motor Vehicles document, in Shelburne by State Police from Shelburne, with court cost of $85, and was paid this day and then dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Charge of no inspection sticker, but found responsible, and was filed.

Tyler Hobbs, 27, of Prospect Street, Greenfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with registration suspended, by Greenfield Police, and was found $50 cost, and to be dismissed if the court costs was paid to day, and dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle to be dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Eric T. Cominoli, 24, of Gulf Road, Northfield. Charge of assault and battery on family or household member, by Northfield Police, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set for July 22. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Robert Murphy, 51, of Leeds Street, Worcester. Charge of assault and battery on family or household member, by Greenfield Police, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, with pretrial conference will be set as June 28.

Norman T. Pausky, 38, of Water Street, Greenfield. Charge of possession of a Class B drug, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set as July 22. The counsel fee was waived.

Charges of assault and battery on family or household member, trespass, threat to commit a crime, and breaking and entering for misdemeanor, by Greenfield Police, with terms of release set as personal recognizance, and pretrial conference is set for July 22. Jesse Rice, 40, of Haywood Street, Greenfield. Charge of violation of abuse prevention order, with a one- year house of correction, concurrent with another case, and with all monies remitted, and credit for time served.

Holly Murdock, 35, of Leyden Road, Greenfield. Charges of OUI-drugs, possessing a Class B drug and possessing a Class E drug, by Greenfield Police, with terms of release set as personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for July 22. The counsel fee was waived.

Candace L. Maguire, 21, of Pray Drive, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery, and vandalizing property, by Greenfield Police. Terms of release set as special condition, with no drugs or alcohol, subject to screens, and stay 50 feet away from 17 Pray Drive, Greenfield. Pretrial conference set for July 22. The counsel fee was waived.

Jacob Bassett, 35, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery on a police officer, disorderly conduct, and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, by Greenfield Police. Terms of release with personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for July 12.

Catherine F. Clark, 39, Brookside Avenue, Greenfield. Charges of operating a motor vehicle license suspended, and uninsured motor vehicle, by Shelburne Police, were both dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for a charge of no inspection sticker.

Louis R. Cousino, 34, of Bridge Street, Millers Falls. Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, by Montague Police. Terms of release set as special condition with no alcohol, with screens, and must abide by 209A. Pretrial conference set for July 22. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

David Gu, 30, of Regent Court, Cheshire, Conn. Charge of trespassing, by Greenfield Police. Fined for $100 assessment, with July 17 listed as status review of payment. Found responsible, but was decriminalized.

Larry W. Whitlock, 25, of Osgood Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor or .08 percent, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until May 27, 2020. With 45 days loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment, with head injury assessment of $250, and victim assessment of $50. Operator must take and complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Was found not responsible on a charge of marked lanes violation. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.
