Shawndell R. Collins, 30, of Abermore Street, Springfield. Charge of furnishing false identification information, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Pled guilty and found guilty, with defendant being six months in house of correction, with credit for time served. Charges of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, trafficking in 18 grams or more or less than 36 grams of cocaine, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, were nolle prossed by the Northwest District Attorney’s Office. Found not responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. The counsel fee was waived.

Beverly J. Moulton, 54, of Masterson Road, Whately. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, by Deerfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 1, 2020, with 45-day loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victim admission of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness assessment of $50. Must complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.

Omar J. Walker, 36, of Standish Court, Greenfield. Charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, by Greenfield Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. A charge of vandalism was nolle prossed by the Northwest District Attorney’s Office. The counsel fee was waived.

Aliah K. Rivera, 22, homeless of Greenfield. Charge of larceny under $1,200, by Greenfield Police. Defendant placed on pretrial probation until Jan. 2, 2020. Must pay a counsel fee of $150 or perform community service. The probation supervision fee was waived.

David C. Powlovich, 61, of West Gill Road, Gill. Charge of assault and battery, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 2, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $50. Must complete the substance abuse evaluation, with follow up, and no alcohol, with screens. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid and the probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.

Marcia Waite, 48, of 7th Street, Turners Falls. Charge of failing to register as a sex offender, in Montague by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Defendant placed on pretrial probation until April 3, 2020. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Jeremy Towle, 20, of Oakman Street, Turners Falls. Charge of serious bodily injury, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Jan. 3, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $90. Must pay $3,120 restitution, have a mental health evaluation and complete the treatment as directed, with no contact and must stay 50 feet away from the victim. The probation supervision fee of $65 will be continued as needed.

Trinity M. Washburn, 38, of Whiteloaf Road, Southampton. Charge of operating a motor vehicle registration, by Sunderland Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 16.

Jose Santiago, 30, Willowbrook Drive, Bennington, Vt. Found not responsible on a charge of no inspection sticker, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.

Jose Santiago, 30, of Willowbrook Drive, Bennington, Vt. Charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 3, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $90, travel restriction (waived for Vermont), no drugs and screens. Charge of possession of a Class B drug. Defendant was placed on probation until July 5, 2020, with the same conditions and concurrent with count one. Charge of conspiracy to violate the drug law was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly, as needed.

Shawn A. Walsh, 48, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Charges of violating an harassment prevention order and soliciting to commit a felony, by Greenfield Police. Must have no contact, direct or indirect, with the victim and must stay 50 yards away from the victim, as well as 276 High St. and 34 Riverside St. Must have no drugs or alcohol, with screens. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 27. The counsel fee will be set as 16 hours of community service, instead of money.

Richard A. Damboise, 28, of Heather Court, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery on a person 60 or disabled, by Greenfield Police. Bail set at $200 cash. Must have no contact with the victim. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 27. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Yasin Khan, 41, of Park Street, West Springfield. Charge of indecent assault and battery on a person 14 or over, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 2, 2021. Victim witness assessment of $90, must be evaluated as a sex offender (treatment as directed), and stay 10 feet away from and have no contact with the victim. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.

Raymond L. Rivera, 27, of Heather Street, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery on a person 60 or disabled, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 27. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Brenda Johnson, 26, of Parkview Terrace, Holyoke. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, OUI-drugs and a marked lanes violation, in Deerfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Must have no drugs or alcohol, with screens. The counsel fee was waived.

Linda Phillips, 67, of Sugarloaf Street, South Deerfield. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, second offense, by Deerfield Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. Defendant placed on probation until July 7, 2020. OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, 45-day loss of license and must complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. The counsel fee was waived. The probation fee of $65 must be paid monthly, or community service must be performed instead.

Dale P. Totman, 33, of Bardwells Ferry Road, Conway. Charges of no inspection sticker and OUI-drugs, by Sunderland Police. Released on personal recognizance, with potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Sept. 6.

Faith Durnford, 34, of Canal Street, Brattleboro, Vt. Charges of a marked lanes violation, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, OUI-liquor over .08 percent and unregistered motor vehicle, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance, with potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 29. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Stephen P. Hoffman, 25, of Burt’s Pit Road, Florence. Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, by Greenfield Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. Defendant was placed on probation until July 8, 2021, with 18 months in the house of correction, suspended until July 8, 2021. Certified batter’s intervention program, no drugs or alcohol, with screens, and substance abuse evaluation treatment and follow up. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly, as needed.

Rufus Thomas, 38, of Berkshire Avenue, Springfield. Charge of assault and battery on a family or household member, by Montague Police. Bail of $1,000, with potential of bail revocation. Pretrial conference set for Aug. 8.

Francis Barone, 38, of Binney Brook Road, Wilmington, Vt. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and number plate violation to conceal identification, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, with personal recognizance, with potential of bail revocation, and pretrial conference to be set for Sept. 13.

Julie Engstrom, 37, of Oak Hill Acres, Greenfield. Charge of operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended, by Greenfield Police, with court cost of $50, and was dismissed upon of the request of the commonwealth. Charges of marked lanes violation, and motor vehicle lights violation, and both were found not responsible.

Willard H. Carpenter, 71, of Shelburne Road, Greenfield. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, in Shelburne by State Police from Shelburne, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until April 20, 2020, with head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, and the defendant must complete the Safe Driver Course, and upon completion of Driver Safety Course, and payments completed, with probation, case can be brought forward to terminate early. The probation supervision fee of $50 must be done monthly, if needed.
