Pled guilty and found guilty, with defendant being six months in house of correction, with credit for time served. Charges of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, trafficking in 18 grams or more or less than 36 grams of cocaine, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, were nolle prossed by the Northwest District Attorney’s Office. Found not responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. The counsel fee was waived.

Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 1, 2020, with 45-day loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victim admission of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness assessment of $50. Must complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.
