Shawndell R. Collins, 30, of Abermore Street, Springfield. Charge of furnishing false identification information, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Pled guilty and found guilty, with defendant being six months in house of correction, with credit for time served. Charges of being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, trafficking in 18 grams or more or less than 36 grams of cocaine, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, were nolle prossed by the Northwest District Attorney’s Office. Found not responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit. The counsel fee was waived.

Beverly J. Moulton, 54, of Masterson Road, Whately. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, by Deerfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 1, 2020, with 45-day loss of license, OUI fee of $250, OUI victim admission of $50, head injury assessment of $250 and victim witness assessment of $50. Must complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.

Omar J. Walker, 36, of Standish Court, Greenfield. Charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, by Greenfield Police. Pled guilty and found guilty. A charge of vandalism was nolle prossed by the Northwest District Attorney’s Office. The counsel fee was waived.

Aliah K. Rivera, 22, homeless of Greenfield. Charge of larceny under $1,200, by Greenfield Police. Defendant placed on pretrial probation until Jan. 2, 2020. Must pay a counsel fee of $150 or perform community service. The probation supervision fee was waived.

David C. Powlovich, 61, of West Gill Road, Gill. Charge of assault and battery, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 2, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $50. Must complete the substance abuse evaluation, with follow up, and no alcohol, with screens. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid and the probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly.

Marcia Waite, 48, of 7th Street, Turners Falls. Charge of failing to register as a sex offender, in Montague by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Defendant placed on pretrial probation until April 3, 2020. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Jeremy Towle, 20, of Oakman Street, Turners Falls. Charge of serious bodily injury, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Jan. 3, 2020, with victim witness assessment of $90. Must pay $3,120 restitution, have a mental health evaluation and complete the treatment as directed, with no contact and must stay 50 feet away from the victim. The probation supervision fee of $65 will be continued as needed.
