Luis D. Rodriguez Pagan, 44, of Central Avenue, Bridgeport, Conn. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Whately by State Police from the Northampton barracks, was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of a number plate violation and a motor vehicle lights violation.

Jesse Villapando, 29, of Pomeroy Lane, Amherst. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Deerfield Police, was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Mercedes A. Strohman, 29, of Armory Street, Greenfield. Charge of fugitive from justice on a court warrant, by Greenfield Police, was found nolle prosequi by the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office. The counsel fee was waived.

Laura Larose, 50, of Franklin Road, Vernon, Vt. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks, was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Daniel M. Hale, 20, of Graves Road, Greenfield. Charges of person under 21 in possession of liquor, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until April 3, with victim witness assessment of $50. The probation supervision fee of $50 must be paid monthly, as needed.

Jelani D. Gilbert, 24, Pleasant Street, Greenfield. Found not responsible on a charge of window obstructed or nontransparent, by Sunderland Police. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Dale A. Ingraham, 57, of a post office box, Jacksonville, Vt. Charge of shoplifting by asportation, by Colrain Police. Fined $100.

Michael R. Boyer, 30, of Old Greenfield Road, Deerfield. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and failure to notify the Registry of Motor Vehicles of a name/address charge, by Deerfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 28. The counsel fee was waived.

Alicia N. Sbrega, 27, of Main Street, Bennington, Vt. Charge of possession, amended to distribution, of Class A drug. Pleaded guilty and found guilty. Fined $100, with victim witness assessment of $50. Charge of conspiracy to violate drug law was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.

Must complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation. The counsel fee of $150 and counsel contribution of $50 must be paid. The probation supervision fee of $65 must be paid monthly, as needed.

Thomas O’Morrill, 55, of Congress Street, Greenfield. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, by Bernardston Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 7. Victim witness assessment of $50 and must complete the Safe Driver’s Course. Charge of failure to stop for police was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on charges of driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit and improper of operation of a motor vehicle. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The probation supervision fee was changed to four hours of community service per month.

Franklin Housey Jr., 43, of Sunbrier Road, Springfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Court cost of $50 was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of a marked lanes violation.

Tiffany Johnson, 43, of homeless of Turners Falls. Charge of assault and battery of a person over 60 with a dangerous weapon, by Montague Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Jan. 8, 2021. Must not use drugs or alcohol, with screenings, and continue treatment and after-care with the Center for Human Development. Charge of assault of a person over 60 with a dangerous weapon. Christopher A. Roach, 25, of Leyden Road, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 present, second offense, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Pleaded guilty and found guilty. All assessments waived. Sentenced to six months in the house of correction, suspended until Jan. 7, 2022, with 14 days inpatient, and two-year loss of license. Must not have alcohol, with screenings. Found not responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and failure to stop or yield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Devon A. Jesus, 24, of Whately Road, South Deerfield. Charge of using a motor vehicle without authority, by Deerfield Police. Pleaded guilty and found guilty, with victim witness assessment of $50. Defendant placed on probation until July 9. Must not use drugs or alcohol, with screenings, and must undergo treatment as directed. Charge of possession of a Class A drug, subsequent offense. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Jan. 8, 2021, with the same conditions as Count 1.
