John G. Nash, 53, of Coombs Hill Road, Colrain. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Fined $100 and decriminalized. Found not responsible on charges of no inspection sticker and unregistered motor vehicle.

Amanda M. Miller, 36, of Fort Square, Greenfield. Charge of assault and battery, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding of until July 27, with administrative program and no travel restriction. Charge of assault and battery, second offense. Assistant District Attorney Jillian D. Handy states that the commonwealth is unwilling to prosecute further. The counsel fee was waived. The probation supervision fee of $50 can be supplemented for community service.

Jeremy L. Stokes, 29, of Lincoln Street, Greenfield. Charge of vandalizing property, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 27. Victim witness assessment of $90 and restitution of $500 by Feb. 28. The probation supervision fee was waived.

Vaughn M. Tucci, 28, of Mountain Branch Road, Charlemont. Charge of OUI-liquor over .08 percent, by Deerfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Jan. 15, 2021, with OUI fee of $250, OUI victim assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, victim witness assessment of $50 and 45-day loss of license. Must complete the Driver Alcohol Education Program, with no travel restriction. Found not responsible on charges of a marked lanes violation and number plate violation. The probation supervision fee is $65.

Alexey Mamaev, 32, of Barker Road, Post Mills, Vt. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation, possession of a Class A drug and conspiracy to violate drug law, in Greenfield by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Bail set at $500 cash or $5,000 surety. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 27. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.
