Jeffrey T. Blake, 24, of Gulf Road, Northfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, by Bernardston Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until July 2. Concurrent with another docket.

Edward W. Morgan, 63, of Wilson Avenue, Brooklyn, N.Y. Charge of possession with intent to distribute a Class C drug, by Bernardston Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 28.

Leverett Zantzinger, 23, of a post office box, Barnard, Vt. Charges of a marked lanes violation, OUI-drugs, possessing an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, unregistered motor vehicle and a number plate violation to conceal identification, by Sunderland Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 26. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Michael A. Beach, 27, of Weatherhead Hollow Road, Guilford, Vt. Charges of registration sticker missing, driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, possession with intent to distribution a Class D drug, subsequent offense and possession of a Class E drug, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Bail set at $1,500 cash or $15,000 surety. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 26. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.

Ryan R. Adams, 35, of Alden Street, Greenfield. Charge of intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, by Greenfield Police. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 31. The counsel fee was waived.

Sam M. St. Hilaire, 23, of Elm Street, Greenfield. Charge of OUI-drugs, second offense, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Jan. 30. The counsel fee was changed to 16 hours of community service.

Hilary A. Henderson, 35, of G Street, Turners Falls. Charges of possession of a Class B drug and disorderly conduct, by Montague Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 24. The counsel fee was changed to 16 hours of community service.

Carmen S. Thomas, 22, of Parker Street, Lexington. Charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery on a family/household member, by Greenfield Police. Must stay 50 yards away from and have no contact from with the victim. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 26. The counsel fee was changed to 16 hours of community service.

Clayton J. Cutting, 39, of Brookside Avenue, Greenfield. Charge of shoplifting by concealing merchandise, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 14.

Brodey M. Baldwin, 33, of North Main Street, South Deerfield. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Fined $100. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible on a charge of no inspection sticker.

Camila D. Bail, 28, of South Street, Claremont, N.H. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and driving at a rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, in Bernardston by State Police from the Shelburne barracks. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 14.

Peter Gutman, 53, of Park Street, Brandon, Vt. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Fined $100.

Michael T. Poulin, 25, of Randall Road, Montague. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Fined $100. Found not responsible on a charge of a motor vehicle lights violation.

Lisa Ashcraft, 37, of Main Street, Greenfield. Found not responsible on a charge of no inspection sticker. Charge of refusing to produce license/registration/plates was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Judith E. Fritz, 69, of Haywood Street, Greenfield. Charges of animal cruelty and two counts of tethering/confining violations, by Greenfield Police. Released on personal recognizance. Pretrial conference set for March 3. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid. The counsel contribution of $50 must be paid monthly, as needed.

Alphonse J. White, 38, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charge of distributing a Class B drug, by Greenfield Police. Admission to sufficient facts accepted and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Dec. 31, with victim witness assessment of $90. Charges of a drug violation near a school or park and conspiracy to violate the drug law were dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. The probation supervision fee of $50 must be paid monthly, as needed.

Joseph A. Ewig, 38, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Charges of conspiracy to violate the drug law, possession with intent to distribute a Class A drug, subsequent offense, and intimidating a witness/juror/police/court official, by Greenfield Police. Bail set at $25,000 cash. Pretrial conference set for Feb. 3. The counsel fee was waived.

Warren L. Brothers, 33, of South Green River Road, Colrain. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license. Fined $50. Found not responsible on charges of no inspection sticker and license not in possession.

Adam M. Powell, 31, of Elm Circle, Deerfield. Charge of trespassing, by Greenfield Police. Pleaded guilty and found guilty. Fined $100. Charge of miscellaneous municipal ordinance bylaw violations was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.
