Michael A. Perry, 37, of Niagara Street, Springfield. Plea of guilty, and found guilty, for operating a motor vehicle with suspended license, subsequence offence, in Greenfield, sentenced to six months to the house of correction, but the defendant was then placed on probation until Aug. 2, but was ordered no driving until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the defendant. Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, but defendant must pay victim witness assessment of $50. Must pay the probation supervision fee of $50 per month.

Jean Rivera, 28, of Johnson Street, Springfield. Guilty plea, plus finding guilty, and the defendant was placed on probation until Feb. 4, 2020, and must have no drugs, subject to screens, with substance abuse evaluation and follow up. Admission to sufficient facts, for possession to distribute a Class B drug, and sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Feb. 4, 2020, with the same conditions as in count one. Charges of possessing Class C drug, possessing to distribute Class A drug, and a drug violation near a school or park. Must pay the counsel fee of $150, and must pay $50 a month probation supervision fee, or must perform four hours a month community service.

Nolle Prosequi for seven counts of violating an abuse prevention order (over different dates) stalking in violation of a restraining order, threatening to commit a crime, intimidation of a witness/juror/police/court official, two counts of assault and battery on a family or household member, assault and battery with serious personal injury, strangulation or suffocation, malicious destruction of property $1200 or under. The defendant was indicted and arraigned in Superior Court on these charges.

Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Charges of marked lanes violations, negligent of a motor vehicle, OUI-drugs, possession of Class A drug, possession of Class B drug, and possession of Class E drug were all placed on personal recognizance until a pre trial conference can be heard on March 27. Must pay $150 counsel fee.

Admission to OUI-liquor but sufficient facts were found but continued without a finding until Jan. 27, 2020, with 45-day loss of license, plus $250 OUI-fee, OUI-victims assessment 0f $50, with head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50, and must complete Driver Alcohol Education program. Travel restriction waived for work purposes. Charge of negligent operation of motor vehicle dismissed at request of the Commonwealth. Charge of marked lanes violation, was found not responsible. Must pay $150 counsel fee, and $250 counsel contribution. Must also pay the $65 probation supervision fee.

Stephen J. Hoiser, 33, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Violation of harassment prevention order, bail set at $5,000 cash, and ordered held until a pre trial conference can be held on April 2.

Kelly A. Wojtkielewicz, 29, of L Street, Turners Falls. Charges of making an improper turn, and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Greenfield, but released with personal recognizance until pre trial conference on March 29.

Shawn P. Loso, 53, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and speeding the rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, with release as was personal recognizance for pre trial conference on April 30.

Anthony P. Hall, 33, of Barnard Road, Shelburne Falls. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was to be dismissed for $50 court costs. Charge of unregistered motor vehicle was found not reasonable.

Charge of uninsured of a motor vehicle was dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. Charge of unregistered motor vehicle was found not responsible.

Charges of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle with the license suspended, were both dismissed at the request of the Commonwealth. Charge of marked lanes violation found not responsible. The counsel fee of $150 must be paid.
