Greenfield Cooperative Bank re-elects 7 directors

Seven directors were re-elected to three-year terms as directors of Greenfield Cooperative Bank and its parent company, Greenfield Bancorp, MHC. The action took place during the company’s annual meeting in Deerfield on June 20.

According to Michael Tucker, bank president and CEO, JoAnne Finck, Eugene L’Etoile, Josiah J.L. Simpson Jr., Susan Fenti, Edward Ethered, Peter Whalen and Nancy Fournier were re-elected.

Finck is vice president of Finck & Perras Insurance Agency Inc. located in Easthampton and Florence. A resident of South Deerfield, Finck was also re-elected as a corporator for a 10-year term.

L’Etoile is the president & CEO of Four Star Farms Inc. in Northfield, where he lives.

Simpson is the owner of Josh Simpson Glass located in Shelburne, which is where Mr. Simpson also resides.

Fentin is a principal in the Springfield law firm Skoler, Abbott & Presser P.C. She resides in Conway.

Etheredge is a principal in the Northampton law firm of Etheredge & Steuer, P.C. A resident of Florence, he was also re-elected as a corporator for a 10-year term.

Whalen is the owner of Whalen Insurance in Northampton, where he also resides. He, too, was re-elected as a corporator for a 10-year term.

Fournier, a CPA, is the Commercial Services director in the Greenfield office of Melanson Heath Accountants & Auditors. Fournier resides in Shelburne Falls.

In addition to the above elections, the following individuals were elected to 10-year terms as corporators of Greenfield Bancorp, MHC.

Susan Renfrew, a Bernardston resident, is co-owner of Renfrew Real Estate in Greenfield.

Robb D. Morton, CPA is a principal in the accounting firm of Boisselle, Morton & Associates, LLP located in Hadley. He is resident of East Longmeadow.

William Stapleton is retired. He resides in Amherst.

And Lora Hodges is the executive director of Center for Responsive Schools Inc. located in Turners Falls. She resides in Northampton.
