Ryan J. Trudeau, 20, of Montague City Road, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to malicious destruction of property over $250 value, assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a bat, and assault and battery, released on personal recognizance, must refrain from abuse or harassment of the alleged victim, continued to 6/6/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Alexis N. Vasquez, 18, of Devens Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery, released on personal recognizance, must have no abuse of the alleged victim, continued to 6/27/17 for pretrial conference.

Cody C. Brunelle, 22, of West Mineral Road, Millers Falls. Charges of leaving the scene of property damage, number plate violation to conceal identification, and larceny over $250 in Charlemont by state police. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 6/12/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, May 3, Judge Maureen Walsh

Alisha A. Tuttle, 26, of Eleventh Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, marked lanes violation, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield. released on personal recognizance, must have no drugs or alcohol, and subject to screens/tests, continued to 6/8/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Kevin Sanchez-Rivera, 29, of Holyoke. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Greenfield by state police, amended down from subsequent offense. Fined $400, plus $50 surfine and victim-witness assessment of $50, Found responsible for no inspection sticker, filed with defendant’s consent.

Greenfield, May 4, Judge Maureen Walsh

James E. Gaffey, 39, of Camp Avenue, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to number plate violation, failure to stop/yield, marked lanes violation, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, number plate violation to conceal identification, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, amended down from operating a motor vehicle with suspended license for operating under the influence of liquor, failure to stop for police, reckless endangerment of a child, unregistered motor vehicle, uninsured motor vehicle, intimidating a witness, juror, police, or court official, and speeding. Bail set at $300, by agreement, continued to 6/9/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Elizabeth E. Raucher, 26, of Easthampton. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Bernardston by state police. Dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for charges of violation of left lane restriction, no registration in possession, and speeding.

Tyler W. Rubeck, 27, of G. Street, Turners Falls. Found responsible for unregistered motor vehicle, in Deerfield, fined $100. Found responsible for motor vehicle lights violation, fined $35. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Nancy A. Elmer, 58, of Vernon Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor or 0.08 percent, number plate violation, and miscellaneous municipal motor vehicle ordinance or bylaw. Released on personal recognizance, continued to 6/23/17 for pretrial conference.

Andrew W. Seguin, 27, of Reeds Bridge Road, Conway. Found not responsible for unregistered motor vehicle, Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Eric J. Nawotny, 31, of Pond Street, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, fined $40, plus $10 surfine and victim witness assessment of $50. Admitted to sufficient facts for Possessing a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, fined $40, plus $10 surfine. Must pay counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours of community service.

Douglas E. Wight, 74, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charge of vandalizing property, to be dismissed on payment of $300 restitution to the victim. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Douglas E. Wight, 74, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Charge of larceny under $250, by a member of the public, was dismissed by the court.

Jameson B. Clevenger, Pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography, sentenced to 2½ years in the house of correction, one year direct, balance suspended, placed on probation until 5/4/20, with a list of attached conditions, plus must provide a DNA database sample to state police, and have GPS system applied during he probation period. Charge of distributing material of a child in the nude, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month, but that is waived while in incarceration.

Joseph L. McAllister, 28, of Townshend, Vt. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, amended down from subsequent offense, conspiracy to violate drug laws, operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, and violation of state highway traffic regulations, in Whately by state police, bail set at $250 and it was posted, continued to 6/23/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Ashley N. Yardley, 24, of Brattleboro, Vt. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, possessing a Class B drug, to wit, Suboxone, and conspiracy to violate drug law, in Whately by state police, bail set at $100, and it was posted, advised of right to drug examination, continued to 6/23/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Jacqueline MacConnell, 20, of Dell Street, Turners Falls. Placed on pretrial probation until 5/3/18 for assault and battery, and must have no alcohol and subject to screens/testing. Placed on pretrial probation until 5/3/18, for second charge of assault and battery, assault and battery on a police officer, and malicious destruction of property under $250 value, and all with the same conditions as in count one. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, and $100 counsel contribution.

Stefan K. Schanker, 29, of Guilford, Vt. Charge of possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin was not prosecuted, as, according to a statement made by a counsel from the district attorney’s office, the defendant is a Vermont resident, and defense counsel detailed paperwork indicating the defendant is undergoing significant substance abuse treatment in Vermont and New Hampshire, and doing well in the those programs; as a result, the Commonwealth feels this is in the best interests of justice.

Benjamin L. Stennes, 21, of Bridge Street, Millers Falls. Pleaded innocent to operating a motor vehicle with license suspended in Greenfield. Released on personal recognizance. Continued to 7/7/17 for pretrial conference.

Roberto A. Rios Jr., 36, of Hadley Road, Sunderland. Pleaded innocent to unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, motor vehicle lights violation, and speeding in Deerfield. released on personal recognizance, continued to 5/24/17 for pretrial conference.

Alan J. Peterson, 32, of Smith Street, Greenfield. Placed on pretrial probation until 11/3/17, for vandalizing property and must have no alcohol and subject to screens/testing.

Kory Ryan, 22, of Conway Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a firearm, and disorderly conduct. Released on personal recognizance, must stay away from and have no contact with a named person. Continued to 6/9/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Lynn E. Magni, 36, of South Newfane, Vt. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Jorge Dejesus, 26, of Holyoke. Pleaded guilty to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin with intent to distribute in Greenfield. Sentenced to two years in the house of correction, suspended, placed on probation until 4/26/19, with victim-witness assessment of $90, must forfeit $936.25 and must have no drugs, subject to screens. Charge of conspiracy to violate drug laws dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay probation supervision fee of $65 per month.

Greenfield, May 5, Judge Maureen Walsh

Emmalouise Knight, 21, of Abbott Street, Greenfield. Found responsible for possessing a Class C drug, to wit, THC in Greenfield by state police. Fined $50. Found responsible for window obstructed or nontransparent, fined $250. Found not responsible for speeding, and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended.

Raul N. Torres, 18, of Easthampton. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs. Found not responsible for speeding.

James Rodriguez, 27, of the Bronx, N.Y. Charge of an open container of marijuana in a vehicle in Whately by state police. Fined $250. Charge of possessing a Class C drug, to wit, “Crumble” THC substance, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Found not responsible for and violation of state highway traffic regulations. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Zachary T. Enos, 23, of Taunton. Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle in Sunderland, but continued without a finding until 11/3/17, with head-injury assessment of $250, and victim-witness assessment of $50, plus must take the Safe Driver’s program, with the opportunity to terminate probation once conditions are completed. Found not responsible for marked lanes violation. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Christopher J. Morin, 43, of Montague City Road, Turners Falls. Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, in Greenfield, but continued without a finding until 10/7/17, with victim-witness assessment of $50, must continue drug treatment, and must sign releases so that the probation office can monitor attendance at programs ordered by the judge. Admitted to sufficient facts for possessing a Class B drug, to wit, methadone, but continued without a finding until 10/7/17, with same conditions as in previous count. Charge of failure to stop/yield, filed with defendant’s consent, until 10/7/17. Found not responsible for speeding. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, dismissed on request of the Commonwealth.

Kenneth R. Bacon, 44, of Holyoke. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequent offense, in Deerfield by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs. Found not responsible for no registration in possession and speeding in violation of special regulation.

Oscar M. Ramirez Jr., 29, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to possessing a Class A drug, to wit, heroin, subsequent offense. Bail set at $250 by agreement, continued to 6/8/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Sharline Perez, 30, of Riverside Drive, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery, amended down from assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a blunt item, but continued without a finding until 11/2/18 with victim-witness assessment of $50, and must comply with any and all DCF plans, including parenting and anger management programs. Charge of assault and battery on a child with injury dismissed on request of the Commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Lemuel V. Gonzalez, 33, of Princeton Terrace, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on family/household member, and strangulation or suffocation. Ordered held until 5/10/17 for a dangerousness hearing, and the defendant was then released on personal recognizance, on condition of no new crimes, must seek employment, must stay 100 feet away from and have no contact with a named person, must have no contact with any witnesses, must have a GPS bracelet applied, and must stay away from the Early Head Start facility in Turners Falls. A C276, section 56A form was filed by the Commonwealth. An allegation of abuse under 276, section 56A was found. Case continued to 6/12/17 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
