Santos L. Bones, Jr., of Dell Street, Turners Falls. Charges of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, subsequence offense, and possession of Class A drug, by Montague Police, and subjects were both dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.

Tawyna L. Wickline, 42, of Main Street, Northfield. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, by Northfield Police, with $25 court costs, and to be dismissed if court costs are paid this day.

Victoria A. Woodburn, 33, of Ludlow Road, South Hadley. Charge of OUI-liquor or .08 %, with second offense, in Deerfield by State Police from Shelburne, with two-year loss of license, or until the Registry of Motor Vehicles reinstates the loss, with fine of $600 assessment, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, with victim witness assessment of $50, 14-days of inpatient program, and 24Q evaluation and follow up, and no alcohol, with screens. Charge of OUI-drugs, was dismissed. Charge of Marked lanes violation was found not responsible. The counsel fee of $150, and counsel contribution also be $150. The probation supervision fee of $65 monthly, or it must be four-hours per monthly community service.

Xavier Mccray, 26, of Greene Street, Springfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, of Whately by State Police from Shelburne, with court cost of $50, and to be dismissed. Charge of speeding, with finding of responsible, and fine $110 assessment.

Judge Matthew SheaGreenfield, May 3

Michael J. Zooleck, 54, of County Street, Lakeville, Ma. Charges of leaving the scene of property damage, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, by Deerfield Police, with both charges being dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Charge of OUI-liquor, or .08%, by Whately Police, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 5/1/20, with 45-days of loss of license, plus of OUI fee of $250, and OUI victims assessment of $50, plus head injury assessment of $250, and with victim witness assessment of $50, with Driver Alcohol Education Program. Charge of reckless operation of a motor vehicle was amended to negligent operation of a motor vehicle, with admission facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until MAY 1, 2020. The probation supervision fee of $65 will be paid monthly.

Lauryn Peguero, 22, of King Street, Springfield. Charge of operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended, by Greenfield Police, with $25 court cost, and to be dismissed if court cost is paid by this day. Charge of registration not in possession and found not responsible.

William F. Schaeneman, 30, of Jobs Hill Road, Ellington, Conn. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Deerfield by State Police from Shelburne, with court cost of $50, and to be dismissed if court costs were paid this day. Charge of speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit was found not responsible.

Carmen Bauza, 41, of Devens Street, Greenfield. Charge of permit of unlicensed or suspended operation of a motor vehicle, by Greenfield Police, with not responsible, and was decriminalized.

Roberto A. Pedraza, 26, of Tulip Street, Bristol. Conn. Charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, and speeding a rate of speed exceeding a posted limit, in Whately by State Police from Northampton, with the terms of release set at personal recognizance, with pretrial conference set at June 26.

Michael E. Podolski, 47, of Franklin Street, Greenfield. Charge of number plate violation to conceal identification, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, with court costs of $50, and to be dismissed if court cost was paid on May 24. Charge of speeding rate of speed exceeding posted limit, but found the subject was not responsible. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth. Charge of unregistered motor vehicle was dismissed.

Nicholas H. Rookstool, 30, of Aster Court, Greenfield. Charges of motor vehicle not meeting the Registry of Motor Vehicle safety standards, and operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, by Greenfield Police, to be terms of release set of personal recognizance, to be pretrial conference at July 1.

Melissa A. Pike, 35, of G Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Montague by State Police from Shelburne, with court costs of $50 to be dismissed if payment is paid by May 24. Charge of no inspection sticker, was found not responsible.

Whitney Urgiel, 25, of Munns Ferry Road, Gill. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, by Greenfield Police, with terms of release set for personal recognizance, with pretrial conference June 27.

Jesse J. Eustace, 41, of Elliot Road, Saint Johnsbury, Vt. Charges of motor vehicle lights violation, and miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, with both fines of $35 assessments, and both were found responsible. Charges of registration not in possession, and unregistered motor vehicle, were both found not responsible. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Jacob Sisson, 49, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Charges of assault and battery on a family or household member, and vandalizing property, by Greenfield Police, with terms of release set, was at there must have no abuse of the named victim (and is not written) and the pretrial conference, will be held set with June 27.

Jamal Bouchard, 27, of Phillips Street, Greenfield. Charge of larceny under $1,200, by Greenfield Police, with admission to sufficient facts accepted, with sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until 8/6/19, with $75 restitution, with victim witness assessment has been waived, but the paid restitution was to be $25 per monthly. The probation supervision fee was also waived.

Kerri Dionne-Santos, 36, of Fourth Street, Turners Falls. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Montague by State Police from Shelburne, was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth. Charge of no inspection sticker was found not responsible.

Amanda Tefft, 28, of Green Street, Brattleboro, Vt. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, was dismissed upon request of the commonwealth.

Brodey M. Baldwin, 34, of Gill Road, Bernardston. Charge of operating a motor vehicle with license suspended, with subsequence offence, by Deerfield Police, was dismissed upon the request of the commonwealth.

Misael Herandez, 34, of Riverside Drive, Greenfield. Charge of operation of a motor vehicle with license suspended, in Deerfield by State Police from Shelburne, with a court cost of $50, and then dismissed on recommendation of the probation department. Charges of violation of left lane restriction, and motor vehicle brakes violation, were both found not responsible

Ashley A. Booher, 31, of Cedar Street, Greenfield. Charge of attempt to escape from penal institution court, in Greenfield from Franklin County House of Correction, with guilty plea, found guilty, sentenced to the house of correction, and from and after seven cases still being imposed. Charge of disabled an electronic monitoring of the prisoner was dismissed upon the request of he commonwealth. The counsel fee was waived.

Juan Colon, 36, of Bay Street, Springfield. Charge of identity fraud, by Deerfield Police, and terms of release are set for personal recognizance, and with pretrial conference will be set for June 27. The counsel fee was waived.

Ashley S. Franklin, 33, of Brentwood Drive, Bloomfield, Conn. Charge of being a motor vehicle operator refusing to identify her self, in Greenfield by State Police from Shelburne, with fine $100 assessment, and was found responsible, but was also decriminalized. Charges of possession of Class B drug, conspiracy to violate the drug law, and the arrestee furnishing to law enforcement a false identification for information, were all dismissed upon request 0f the commonwealth.

Brielle Weir, 26, of Canon Circle, Springfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Greenfield, by State Police from Shelburne, with court cost of $50, to be dismissed if court costs are paid this date. Charges of state highway-traffic violation, and speeding rate of speed exceeding the posted limit, with both being not responsible. Charge of no inspection sticker was found not responsible.

Angela L. Limoges, 34, of Centerville Road, Hyde Park, Vt. Charges of withholding evidence from criminal proceeding, trafficking in 100 grams or more or less than 200 grams of cocaine, trafficking in 36 grams or more less than 10 heroin, morphine, or opium, possession of Class A drug, possession 9f Class B drug, possession Class E drug, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, in Bernardston by State Police from Shelburne, with a $50,000 cast, or $150,000 surety, with bind over on June 6. The counsel fee was waived.

Amanda Stacey, 36, of Main Street, East Hardwick. Charges of withholding evidence from criminal proceeding, motor vehicle lights violation, miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, trafficking in 100 grams or more or less than 200 grams of cocaine, trafficking in 36 grams or more or less 100 grams than heroin/morphine/opium, possession of Class A drug, possession of Class B drug, possession of Class E drug, and conspiracy to violate the drug law, with bail set at $75,000 cash or $200,000 surety with pretrial conference set for June 6. The counsel fee was waived.

Matthew Farrick, 36, of Maple Street, Greenfield. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, by Montague Police, found responsible, with a fine of $100 assessment, but to be dismissed if court cost is paid by June 25, and the fine will be decriminalized.
