Kyle Grazick, 39, Conway St., Greenfield. Released on personal recognizance with potential of bail revocation, continued until 10/2/18 for pretrial conference for OUI-Liquor or .08 percent and no inspection/sticker.

Jamie P. Mahar, 34, homeless, Greenfield. Bail of $1,000 cash or $10,000 surety with potential of revocation, assessed $150 counsel fee, no drugs, screens, continued until pretrial conference on 9/14/18 for larceny of a motor vehicle, intimidation of a witness/juror/police/court official, larceny over $1,200, two counts of malicious destruction of property under $1,200.

Steven W. Holder, 27, Old Sunderland Road, Montague. Released on personal recognizance with potential of bail revocation, continued until 10/4/18 for pretrial conference for leaving scene of property damage, OUI-drugs, and failure to stop for police.

Michael J. Williams, 53, Leyden Rd., Greenfield. Released on $5,000 cash or $50,000 surety bail, with potential of bail revocation, assessed $150 counsel fee, continued until 9/5/18 for pretrial conference for possession of Class B drug, possession of Class A drug with intent to distribute, possession of Class E drug.

Christopher M. Anderson, Hinsdale, N.H. Released on personal recognizance with potential of bail revocation, comply with Sex Offender Registry Board, continued until 10/2/18 for pretrial conference for sex offender failure to register, level 2 or 3.

Luis E. Miranda, 26, Springfield. Released on personal recognizance, potential of bail revocation, assessed $150 counsel fee, continued until 10/4/18 for pretrial conference for larceny of a credit card and improper use of a credit card under $250.

Tavish Snow, 26, Brattleboro, Vt. Released on personal recognizance with potential of bail revocation, assessed $150 Counsel fee, continued until 10/3/18 for pretrial conference for animal cruelty.

Christopher M. Storozuk, 39, Westfield. Released on $500 cash or $5,000 surety bail, with potential of bail revocation, continued until 9/5/18 for pretrial conference for no inspection/sticker, operating a motor vehicle in violation of license restriction, operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock.

Baffour K. Gyau, 23, Bronx, N.Y. Dismissed upon request of commonwealth, unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Found not responsible license not in possession. Found responsible for speeding/exceeding posted limit, assessed $100.

Orange, Aug. 13, Judge Mark Pasquariello

Joseph Martinez, 22, of Crescent Street, Athol. Held on $200 bail for assault and battery on family/household member, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and larceny under $1200. Released on personal recognizance with special condition, stay away/no contact with juvenile. Martinez was charged and held for possession to sell/posses, electric stun gun and vandalize property.

Elliott F. Hill, 41, of South Main Street, Athol. Released on personal recognizance with special condition, no alcohol, drug/alcohol screenings and a scram unit. Charged and held for assault with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct, two counts of assault and battery on a police officer and resisting arrest.

Mark E. Kuklewicz, 40, Lake Pleasant Road, Lake Pleasant. Released on personal recognizance. Kuklewicz was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and license not in possession.

Daniel R. Fair, 28, 2nd Street, Orange. Released on personal recognizance. Fair was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a state highway traffic violation.

Ross J. Cofske, 30, Eagleville Road, Orange. Released on personal recognizance. Cofske was charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

Orange, Aug. 6, Judge Laurie MacLeod

Alexandra H. Hunt of Meeting House Lane, New Salem. Released on personal recognizance. Hunt was charged and held with OUI Liquor, 2nd offense and alcohol in motor vehicle/open container possession.

Orange, Aug. 14, Judge Laurie MacLeod

Teresa M. Blakie, 39, of Winchester Road, Warwick. Released on personal recognizance with special condition: no abuse of alleged victim. Blakie was charged and held for assault and battery on a family/household member and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Also, charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked and license not in possession.

Emanuel J. Robideau, 28, Main St., Athol. Released on personal recognizance. Charged with receipt of stolen property in excess of $250 value.

Christopher J. Baker, 30, Walnut Street, Athol. Released on personal recognizance. Charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no inspection sticker.

Ethan Fontaine, 19, Meadow Street, Athol. Pretrial hearing, event resolved. Charged with OUI, liquor, possession of open container/alcohol in motor vehicle and person under 21 in possession of liquor. Fees imposed and condition to take drivers alcohol education program and 45-day loss of license.

Orange, Aug. 14, Judge David Ross

Kayla Bussiere, 23, Green Street, Athol. Placed on pretrial probation until February 2019. Charged with assault and battery on a police officer and disturbing the peace. Probation conditions include remaining in counseling, sign releases and taking meds as prescribed.

Orange, Aug. 10, Judge Bruce Melikian

Ashley K. Jones, 28, Craigin Street, Athol. Conditions of pretrial release include remaining drug free, submitting to random testing, report to probation department and abide by abuse prevention order 209A. Jones was charged with assault and battery, and strangulation or suffocation.

Amber M. Marion, 26, Craigin Street, Athol. Released on personal recognizance. Charged and held with credit card fraud over $250 and Larceny over $250.

Orange, Aug. 10, Judge William Mazanec

Isaac J. Raulston, 26, Wilder Street, Athol. Placed on pretrial probation until February 2019. Charged with assault. Conditions of release include: stay 265 yards away from victim and stay away from 84 Wilder St. in Athol.

Stacey L. Collins, 29, West River Street, Orange. Sufficient facts found, but continued without a finding until Aug. 9, 2019. Collins was charged with OUI Liquor, marked lanes violation, license not in possession, possession of open container/alcohol in motor vehicle. Probation conditions include 45-day loss of license and completion of a driver alcohol education course.

Frank T. Cabrera, 38, Beacon Street, Athol. Released on personal recognizance with special conditions. Stay away from victim, 100 yards, no contact. Cabrera is charged with assault and battery and larceny from a person.
