Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley installs 2023 officers and directors

SPRINGFIELD — Lori Beth Chase was installed as the 2023 president of the Realtor Association of Pioneer Valley (RAPV), a nonprofit trade association with more than 1,800 members. The 107th annual installation of officers and directors was held on Jan. 12.

Chase started her professional real estate career in 2017. Since 2020, she has served on the local board of directors at RAPV and in 2021, she was treasurer and chair of the Finance Committee.

Additionally, the following individuals were installed as 2023 officers: Arlene Castellano of Maria Acuna Real Estate as president-elect; Peter Ruffini of RE/MAX Connections as treasurer; and Cheryl Malandrinos of BHH Realty Professionals as immediate past president. Directors include Carrie Blair of Keller Williams Realty, Shawn Bowman of Trademark Real Estate, Brenda Cuoco of Brenda Cuoco & Associates, Peter Davies of Borawski Real Estate, Janise Fitzpatrick of Jones Group Realtors, Judy Nevarez of BHH Realty Professionals, Michelle Stegall of Property One and Clinton Stone of RE/MAX Connections.

Bacon Wilson
announces
new attorney

SPRINGFIELD — The Bacon Wilson law firm, which represents clients throughout western Massachusetts and northern Connecticut from five locations, has hired attorney Alexander Pattacini.

Pattacini is a member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Department. According to Bacon Wilson, Pattacini earned his juris doctor from Western New England University’s School of Law with a concentration in transactional law. He previously earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.

Prior to joining Bacon Wilson, Pattacini interned with the Connecticut Department of Education Division of Legal Affairs, and served as legal counsel for the Connecticut House majority leader’s office. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association as well as the Education Law Association. Pattacini is licensed to practice in Massachusetts and will work in all Bacon Wilson office locations, but primarily in Springfield.

Eversource recognized among ‘Most JUST’ companies

BOSTON —With the release of this year’s Rankings of America’s Most JUST Companies by JUST Capital and CNBC, Eversource is being celebrated as a leader for corporate responsibility. The recognition marks Eversource’s fourth consecutive appearance in the top 100 of the annual list.

The rankings evaluate the 1,000 largest publicly traded U.S. companies on a range of factors determined through a survey.
