Bulletin Board: Gagne Wealth, Ginger Cats play to tie

Mason Lovett, Blake White and Liam McDonough each had a hit in Gagne Wealth’s 11-11 tie with Ginger Cats on Wednesday in a GMLB contest. 

Theo Schulte, Ben Trombley and Cody Castine each had a hit for Ginger Cats.

Babineau wins Old Colony Marathon

Athol’s Michael Babineau bested the field at the Old Colony Marathon in Westfield two weeks ago, blitzing the field with a winning time of 3 hours, 9 minutes and 42.22 seconds.

He was nearly 18 minutes faster than the second place finisher, clocking in at a 7:14/mile pace.

Thomas Memorial

Matt Betsold shot the low gross of 38 while Paul Gaspar had the low net of 25 in Matt’s Men’s League at Thomas Memorial this past week. 

Cam Landers and John Passiglia each won Closest to the Pin, Landers on No. 7 (10 feet, two inches) and Passiglia on No. 9 (18-3). The duos of John Hall and Paul Gaspar and Charlie Peters and Ken Adams each scored 5.5 points on the week, tied for the most in the league. Charlie McCracken won skins on No. 4.
