Bulletin Board: Gill CC Woodworking wins Greenfield Touch Football League

The championship game of the Greenfield Touch Football League took place on Sunday, with Gill CC Woodworking scoring an early touchdown and holding on to defeat Sirum, 13-0.
Kashon Brantley got the scoring going with a 26-yard touchdown pass from Pat Viencek and closed out the game with a 6-yard touchdown pass from Viencek in the fourth quarter. Cody Underwood added the extra point.
Nuny Vega had an interception for Sirum.

Montague Hoop Shoot
The Montague Elks Hoop Shoot will be held on Tuesday at 6 p.m. at Turners Falls High School.
Registration begins at 5:15 p.m. The event is free for all boys and girls ages 8-to-13 as of Apr. 1, 2024. Participants will be split into six groups and the winner of each age level will advance to the next round which will be held in central Mass. on Jan. 13, 2024.
