Bulletin Board: Call and McDonough lift Martins Farm to GMLB victory

Sam Call and Liam McDonough each knocked two hits in Martins Farm’s 13-6 win over Gruber and Tripp in a GMLB Rookie Division contest on Friday. 

Natalie Belville tallied three hits and two runs while Oliver Avery had two hits for Gruber and Tripp. 

• In AAA action on Friday Blake Miner had a pair of hits and RBIs, Brady Selivanoff knocked two hits while Christian Powell and Brody Gilbert pitched in Rotary Club’s 15-2 win over New Fortune. 

Tyler Pietrowski and Brantley Godfrey each had a hit while Noah Foote struck out one for New Fortune. 

• Playing in the 10U Swanzey Invitational Tournament on Thursday, Greenfield tied with Swanzey, 5-5. 

Ben Shivone, Fischer Williams, Phil Brodeur and Fred Burnap pitched for Greenfield while Jackson Baker had two hits, Shivone and Paul Budrawich doubled and Ryan Turner hit safely. 

Adult softball

Kyle Kazeroid had six hits while Jay Sadler, Kramer Patenaude and Mackenzie Salls each had five hits in Thayer Street Builders’ 32-5 win over Lightlife Foods on Friday in a Greenfield co-ed softball game. 

Chad Austin had three hits while Roberto Tolles had two hits for Lightlife.

• Mackenzie Salls had six hits, Brody Markol knocked five hits, Kyle Kazeroid homered and Katherine Luippold tallied five hits in St. Stan’s 29-2 win over Manny’s on Thursday in a Turners co-ed softball game. 

• Also on Thursday John Dawicki,  Taylor Boutwell and Melissa Lumbis each had four hits while Tyler Charboneau and Quinn Doyle had three hits in Travel Kuz’s 22-6 win over AGH Disposal and Recycling. 

Joe Guidaboni, Josh Lashway and Matt Gibson each had three hits while Kyle Conway and Trevor Thomas had two hits in the loss.
