Head down to the South Deerfield Senior Center on Saturday morning for the Frontier baseball team’s annual Mother’s Day Plant Sale.
The plant sale begins at 9:30 a.m. Hanging baskets, patio pots, annuals and perennials from Fairview Farms will be for sale.

Julian Bowden Smith was a homer away from the cycle and brought in two runs, Brayden Archambault had a pair of hits, one a triple, and knocked in two runs while Asa Stebbins singled, doubled and had two RBIs in Booska Flooring’s 20-4 win over the Elks on Thursday.
Landon Ritter had a pair of hits while Owen Martineau knocked in two runs with a single in the loss.

Jackson Puchalski homered and singled, Christian Powell tallied two hits and Ethan St. Clair had a hit in Rotary Club’s 11-8 win over Aubuchon Hardware in a AAA contest on Thursday.
Jacob Miller and Liam Basset both had two hits in the loss.
■ Ben Shivone knocked three hits, Parker Gerry tripled and Jay Philstetier doubled in Denny’s Pantry’s 17-12 win over New Fortune in a AAA contest on Wednesday.
Jovani Borgos tripled, Ben Grover doubled and Kaydin Snow-Rose knocked two hits for New Fortune.
■ Clara Behan had four hits and three RBIs, Orion Lindemann had four hits and Viktor Dusenberry drove in the winning run in Ginger Cat Sealcoating’s 19-18 win over Gagne Wealth Mangement in a AA contest on Wednesday.

Jack Carney pitched and struck out four and Nathan Rock played well in the field in Sokoloski Landscaping’s 10-5 loss to Whately on Wednesday.

Ryleigh Goodwin and Abby Fortier each struck out three while Brooklyn Batty and Maggie Tsipenyuk each had a hit and two RBIs in the Northfield Cougars’ 9-6 win over NewBrook on Wednesday.
Sienna Crowell struck out eight while Kalia Webb and Kinsley Best each had an RBI double in the loss.
Timmons-Messer
Harry Hyams and Scott Powers shot the low gross of 38 in the Timmons-Messer League on Wednesday at the Northfield Golf Course.
Dave Phillips and Dan Castine won a match of cards over Bob Zaikowski and Dan Arsenault to shoot the low net of 27. In closest to the pin Jeff Roberts won on No. 6 (nine feet, three inches) and Rob Schrader won on No. 7 (10 inches). Tom Almstead was the match medalist with a 40.
