Greenfield Post 81’s TJ Thibeault and Nick Bresciano were in a groove on the mound on Monday against East Springfield Post 420.
The two combined to throw a no-hitter to lead Post 81 to an 18-0 Senior Division victory at Vets Field.
Jake Sak cracked a single, a double and three RBIs for Greenfield. Kevin Baumann knocked a single, a double and brought in two runs, Tyler Dubreuil had two hits, David Carey had a pair of hits and an RBI, MJ Paulin knocked an RBI single and Ben Martino hit safely in the win.

Jordan Sullivan-Paulino cleaned up at the plate for TFAC on Monday in the opening game of the Newt Guilbault Championship, knocking three home runs and driving in six runs to lead TFAC to a 10-4 win over Booska’s.
Elijah Sullivan-Paulino cracked a single and a HR in the win. Jordan Sullivan-Paulino and Eolijah Sullivan-Paulino combined to strike out 14 for TFAC.
Tyler Newton had three hits including a double and two RBIs, Davis Burnett had a pair of hits and an RBI and Jaiden Lapointe had an RBI single and struck out 10 in the loss.

Quest Peterson struck out six in two innings, Emerson Maxam knocked a single and a double, Jason Philstetler had two hits and Jay Philstetler cracked a triple in Ruggeri Real Estate’s 4-2 win over Pioneer Valley Tire on Monday in Game One of the AA Championship.
Adrian Lopez struck out three and hit a double, Charlee Dillensneider hit a home run and Oliver Audet chipped in two hits for Pioneer Valley Tire.

The Montague Elks Scholarship Committee hosted a golf tournament at Thomas Memorial on Sunday, with the team of John O’Riley, Jim Koldis, Dave Dion and Chet Czernich winning a match of cards over the teams of Darren Lenois, Brandon Lenois, Ryan Lenois and Ron Lenois Jr. and George Cooke, John Demko, Jamie Deery and Bill Roussell Jr. to finish with the low gross of 59.
In closest to the pin Brandon Lenois won on No. 7 (seven feet), Rod Demers won on No. 9 (5-7), John Demko won on No. 16 (6-0) and Mike Lorden took it on No. 18 (11-4).
