Eric J. Boyer, 32, of Fourth Street, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to larceny under $250 value, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 12/1/15 for pretrial conference. Must pay $150 legal counsel fee.

Paulino Chaparro, 27, of Springfield. Found responsible for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield by state police, fined $50, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil complaint. Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation.

Veo Tabongphet, 565, of G Street, Montague. Found responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, in Greenfield, fined $35. Found responsible for operating with suspended license, subsequent offense, fined $50, and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil complaint.

Joshua R. Miner, 35, of Springfield. Found responsible for number plate violation to conceal identification, in Deerfield, fined $150. Charges of operating with suspended license, subsequent offense, operating with suspended registration, subsequent offense, and forging or misusing a Registry of Motor Vehicle’s document, all dismissed on request of the commonwealth.

Bucky G. Maynard, 36, of Chapman Street, Greenfield. Pleaded guilty to possession of a Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, in Greenfield at the Franklin County House of Correction, sentenced to six months in the house of correction, direct, and concurrent with sentence being served, and nunc pro tunc, turned back to Oct. 4, 2015, from which time the six months will be counted.

Damian Vacca, 39, of Nashua, N.H. Charge of operating with suspended license, in Bernardston by state police, to be dismissed on payment of $50 court costs, paid today. Found not responsible for speeding.

Richard P. Bickom, 39, of West Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery on a family or household member, and threatening to commit a crime, to wit, murder, released on personal recognizance, continued to 11/20/15 for pretrial conference. Must pay $150 legal counsel fee.

Jeremy G. Haselton, 22, of Main Road, Colrain. Found innocent, following a jury trial, for intimidating a witness, a juror, police or court official in Greenfield. Charge of larceny under $250 value, was not prosecuted, as according to a written statement from a counsel in the district attorney’s office, the property was returned to its owner some time ago.
