The Country Club of Greenfield’s men’s club championship officially runs through Andy Lesenski.
Lesenski entered the 2023 edition over the weekend having won the last three titles. He made it four in a row on Sunday, posting weekend rounds of 68, 66 and 68 to card a total gross of 202, 13 shots clear of second place.
David Kennedy finished in second (215), Steve Jones took third (220), Jason Kelton came in fourth (221) and Chris Bourbeau settled for fifth (224).
Justin McCloud (226), Nate Burdick (226), Cam Merrigan (227), Anthony Laurenitis (233) and Will Conant (235) rounded out the top 10.
In President’s Cup standings, John Varner snagged first place with a two-round total of 153. Dylan Archer took second (155), Dave Perlmutter finished in third (157) and Michael Duclos and Terry Blanchard tied for fourth (158). Brian Luippold won a playoff over Phil Reilley to win the Vice President’s Cup with a gross score of 145. Matt Pitoniak (147), Denis Depault (148) and Richard Tozloski (148) rounded out the top five finishers.
The women’s club championship was won by Terry Boyce, who carded a score of 158 to capture the title for the third time in the last four years. Last year’s champion Raye Young took second (172)
In net scoring, Nancy Robie was first (141) and TC Emerson finished in second (146).
