Four of the top 10 finishers in the fourth PVIAC Alpine Ski Race of the season on the boys side were Mohawk Trail racers. 

Weston Den Ouden led the charge, earning a third place finish with a time of 42.71 seconds on the slalom course. Gage Patenaude placed seventh (45.93), Wyatt Sisum took eighth (46.32) and Phineas Tuttman earned 10th (48.0) for the Warriors. 

Three other Mohawk Trail boys placed in the top 25 in what was a fourth successful race for the Warriors. Ben Makosiej came in 17th (49.08), Alex Schreiber finished in 19th (49.62) and Oliver Johnson took 23rd (50.46). 

Amherst’s Beckett Baird was the top finisher on the boys side with a run of 41.48 seconds. 

For the fourth straight race, Warrior Addie Loomis picked up a first place finish, with the freshman came down the giant slalom course in a time of 32.61 seconds. 

Sofiya Slocik-Gritzner joined her in the top five, taking fifth with a run of 34.87 seconds. Mae Hoff (10th, 36.96), Naomi Den Ouden (14th, 38.61) and Myah Grant (23rd, 41.31) all finished in the top 25.
