GREENFIELD — An alleged hit-and-run crash near 451 Main St. on Monday sent a woman to the hospital.

Greenfield Police officers and firefighters blocked off a portion of Main Street after a white Nissan Rogue collided with a Toyota RAV4 at approximately 4:25 p.m. Witnesses reported seeing two men exit the Nissan and run down Franklin Street after the crash.

Emergency personnel brought a stretcher to the Toyota’s driver side and placed a woman into an ambulance.

Police were also seen handcuffing a man at approximately 4:45 p.m. and placing him in the back of a cruiser.
