Who do I call regarding delivery or subscription payment questions?
You can reach our Circulation customer service representatives at 413-774-2741. They are available Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Saturday 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. Our service specialists can help resolve delivery problems and respond to your subscription requests. Please allow two days notice for vacation stops and restarts.
How can I buy a back issue of The Recorder?
We keep a limited supply of back issues for one year. They are available at the reception desk in our main lobby for the cost of $1.00 each. They can also be mailed to you with advance payment of $2.00 each.
Where can I buy a copy of The Recorder?
