When we last heard from Jamie Kent, it was the fall of 2013 and he had just released his EP “Embers and Ashes,” a disc on which the Northampton native moved away from groove rock sounds of his previous release in favor of an earthier folk, Americana one that even included some traces of country. Last year, the singer-songwriter, moved to Nashville, the home of country music.
