NORTHFIELD — The Pioneer Valley Regional School Committee has voted to approve several capital projects. At the high school, these include $11,668 for window tinting in high-visibility areas, $8,000 for air conditioning in a computer equipment room, $4,876 for sidewalk repairs, and $800 for a two-way radio the school can use to communicate with police and fire departments.
