Greenfield Democrat Roxann D. Wedegartner made her bid for a Second Franklin District House seat official today, saying she has ''passion for public service, a great love of this region, and the determination, skills, and experience'' to offer.
Wedegartner, who chairs the Greenfield Planning Board and is former chairwoman of the Greenfield School Committee, becomes the fourth Democrat to announce she's seeking the position now held by four-term incumbent Rep. Christopher Donelan, D-Orange. The district includes Greenfield, Orange, Athol, Gill, Erving and Warwick.
