NORTHFIELD -- Northfield Mount Hermon School has scheduled a press conference for Wednesday to discuss the future of its vacant Northfield campus.
That campus has been closed since 2005 when the school consolidated to the Mount Hermon campus in neighboring Gill. Although there are no students on the campus, faculty still work on the campus and it has hosted summer camps. NMH has been looking for a buyer for the vacant campus since then.
School officials declined to say whether a buyer would be announced on Wednesday. 'I can only say that it's to discuss the future of the Northfield campus,' said spokeswoman Rachael Hanley on Monday.
