If you had swung by the back field at Sheffield School in Turners Falls this past Wednesday, then you would have seen the usual flag football game that takes place twice a week. There was something unusual about this game, however.

Instead of the usual eight to 25 elementary school students taking part in the game as part of the 21st Century Full Day Program at Sheffield, there were a couple of special guests that day. Four football players from the Turners Falls High School team came out to teach the youngsters a thing or two, and if you're measuring success in smiles, it was a very good day for everyone involved.
