ABOUT TOWN with ARN ALBERTINI
WENDELL -- Working from his Wendell Depot Road shop, David Scott has built sundials for a doctor in Puerto Rico, the Leverett Coop and one for downtown Orange.
Now, he's put one up on the wall of the Wendell Free Library.
''I walk around with a compass looking for ideal locations for sundials,'' Scott said. ''When (the library) went up, it was just a big blank canvass.''
