ERVING -- A couple from Greenfield and a man from Athol have been arraigned on charges involved with several break-ins last week.

''There was a break into a private home, the Box Car Restaurant and a farm stand next to the restaurant,'' said Erving Police Chief Christopher Blair.

The breaks, according to Blair, took place in the early morning hours of Oct. 1, mostly in the center of Erving.

''There was another farm stand that had been broken into that night, out on Northfield Road, but we could not positively tie this group to that. In that case whoever it was broke into the cash box,'' he said.

Charged are Eric Boyer, 26, and Danielle M. St. Hilaire, 21, both of 50 Juniper Court, Greenfield, and Michael R. Boyer, 19, of 456 Main St., Athol.

According to Blair, Eric and Michael Boyer are brothers.

All three suspects have been charged with two counts of breaking and entering in the night in order to commit a felony and larceny.
