LONDONDERRY, N.H. -- Richard D. Armstrong, 79, of Londonderry, a native of Greenfield, Mass., died Wednesday (7-29-09) at home.

Calling hours will be held Sunday from 3 to 7 p.m. in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road.

A memorial service will be held on Monday at noon in the Londonderry Presbyterian Church, 126 Pillsbury Road. Private burial will be at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Manchester VNA & Hospice, 33 South Commercial St., Suite 401, Manchester, NH 03104-2911 or to the Debra Lou Verbiar Education Fund, in care of Westminster Presbyterian, 10 W. Pleasant Grove Road, West Chester, PA 19382.
