WHATELY The recession may still be gripping the wallets of Wall Street, but in the fields surrounding Timothy Nourses farm on River Road, there is no sign of it.
As the growing season comes to a close in the Pioneer Valley, Nourse Farms continues to grow, as it expands its berry operation to keep up with its flourishing business.
Its caused by a combination of factors, Nourse said of the business success. Weve had some decent years and our demand has increased.
