Frontier Regional School and Mohawk Trail Regional High School each hoped to enter tonight’s annual Thanksgiving-Eve football game as western Mass. champions but it was not meant to be, as each team was eliminated in the semifinals of their respective divisional tournaments. So now they’ll try to finish the season on a high note and take out their tournament-losing frustrations on each other. The teams will meet for the 81st time when they get together tonight at 7 at William Pollard Field in Buckland.
