COLRAIN -- At a special town meeting on Monday, Colrain residents will vote again on special legislation that would give the town a process for recalling an elected official. Voters will also decide whether the town should be allowed to sell the vacant Memorial Hall and about 5.6 acres of hillside on Route 112, across from Foundry Village Road.

The meeting begins at 7 p.m. at Town Office.
