Need help for yourself, for a relative or friend? Here are some ways to get in touch with treatment:

■ Mass. Substance Abuse Helpline: confidential state service promises help finding the right services, with or without insurance. 800-327-5050, helpline-online.com.

■ The Recover Project: Recovery community with support groups, members and staff available to help connect with recovery resources. Walk-ins welcome, office open 9 to 5 Mon. to Friday except Wed., 1 p.m. - 5 p.m., at 68 Federal St. Greenfield. 413-774-5489 or www.recoverproject.org, with extensive list of local and national recovery resources.
