Letter: Supporting the hospital
Over the past several months, I’ve become increasingly angry at the negative publicity generated toward the Baystate Franklin Medical Center and its administration by the Massachusetts Nursing Association.
In my opinion, this has done little more than undermine the confidence the community has in this hospital, and create strife amongst an otherwise harmonious staff. Over the next several weeks, I will be collecting signatures from the physicians, hospital employees, nurses and members of the community, who believe in this hospital, its physicians, its nurses and its administration.
My only motivation for doing this is a love for this hospital, which has come after working here as a staff radiologist for the past 37 years. I plan to publish the list of signatures in The Recorder.
