Greenfield school board to talk superintendent finalists tonight
GREENFIELD — The Greenfield School Committee will meet tonight to discuss the two superintendent finalists vying to succeed retiring school department leader Susan Hollins.
School board members will meet at 6:30 p.m. in the Town Hall meeting room and will report on the visits they took last week to the host districts of Jordana Harper-Ewert, a chief schools officer in Springfield, and James O’Shea, a principal of a grade 6-12 school in Harvard.
The School Committee is also scheduled to create interview questions to ask the candidates when they visit Greenfield at the end of the month. The agenda includes an optional executive session, although almost all of the superintendent discussion needs to occur in public session.
