Letter: Snow removal
Clean sidewalks: While I agree it is very important to clean your sidewalks for safety and ease of travel, I suggest that the town look to its own “housekeeping” before assessing fines. Trying to put money in a meter downtown involves climbing a snow bank or using a few gymnastic moves to get to the meter. In the parking lots, the kiosks are not shoveled out adequately and it is treacherous to try to get around the ice and piles of snow. Very dangerous. So, assess your fines but clean up your own mess first.
