Orange, Dec. 6, Judge Laurie MacLeod

Rebecca L. Larose, 19, of Royalston Road, Athol. Charge of possession of class B drug, to wit, Percocet, was not prosecuted, as, according to a written statement from a counsel on the district attorney’s staff, a motion to suppress on another docket numbered case was allowed; there is no evidence to proceed to trial with at this time. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours community service.

Deborah Poole, no age listed, of East Main Street, Orange. Two charges of failure to license a dog, and one of failure to vaccinate a dog, were dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Must take and complete the 14-day inpatient drug and alcohol education program, and pay the fee of $1,050. Must have substance abuse evaluation, and take any follow-up treatment recommended by probation. Must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to testing/screens. Must have mental health evaluation according to state law, and take any after care recommended. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, operating with suspended license, and intimidating a witness, all dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Charge of child endangerment while operating under the influence of liquor, subsequent offense, was not prosecuted, as, according to a written statement from a counsel on the district attorney’s staff, (it was) in favor of a plea to operating under the influence of liquor, second offense; the commonwealth would note that the subsequence offense portion is not accurate based on the defendant’s record.
