Lari J. Hendrickson, 52, of Warner Street, Erving. Pleaded innocent to operating with suspended license, in Northfield by state police, released on personal recognizance, continued to 2/13/14 for pretrial conference.

Andy J. Brileya, 43, of Millers Falls Road, Turners Falls. Pleaded innocent to malicious destruction of property over $250, and trespassing with a motor vehicle, in Deerfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 1/6/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Greenfield, Dec. 4, Judge William Mazanec

Zachariah Chaffee, 24, of Main Street, Charlemont. Admitted to sufficient facts for larceny under $250, placed on probation until 12/3/14 with victim witness assessment of $50, and restitution yet to be determined on 1/8/14. Admitted to sufficient facts for five charges of improper use of a credit card under $250, receiving a stolen credit card, and attempt to commit a crime, to wit, larceny over $250, and all placed on probation until 12/3/14. Six charges of attempt to commit a crime, to wit, larceny under $250, nine charges of improper use of a credit card under $250, and three charges of larceny under $250, were all dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Jose Esteras, 32, of Springfield. Pleaded innocent to operating with suspended license, and speeding in Conway, released on personal recognizance, continued to 12/18/13 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Carl R. Engstrom, 19, of New Salem Road, Wendell. Admitted to sufficient facts for violation of miscellaneous municipal ordinance or by law, to wit, trespassing, in Greenfield, fined $25. Charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a misdemeanor, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours community service.

Marvin R. Guerra, 29, of Forbes Court, Greenfield. Found responsible for uninsured motor vehicle, in Greenfield by state police, fined $100. Charges of miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation, and unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, both dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Steven Lawrence Neill, 34, of Easthampton. Admitted to sufficient facts for negligent operation of a motor vehicle, in Deerfield by state police, but continued without a finding until 3/7/14, with victim witness assessment of $50, and must take and complete the safe driver program and pay the fee. Found not responsible for marked lane violation. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, and $100 legal counsel contribution. Must pay $50 per month probation supervision fee.

Jana Christavelle Rivera, 37, of Third Street, Turners Falls. Charge of operating with suspended license, dismissed at request of the commonwealth in favor of a plea in another case.

Greenfield, Dec. 5, Judge William Mazanec

Taurus L. Williams, 34, of Sanderson Street, Greenfield. Pleaded innocent to trespassing, assault and battery, and malicious destruction of property over $250 value, released on personal recognizance, continued to 1/9/14 for pretrial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Jason Faulkner, 29, of Spencer. Pleaded innocent to assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, a shod foot, released on personal recognizance, continued to 1/27/14 for pretrial conference.

Caitlyn M. Person, 22, of Hinsdale, N.H. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of liquor, in Greenfield, but continued without a finding until 12/4/14, with 45-day mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program and pay the fee of $567.22. Must have mental health evaluation according to state law, and take any after care recommended. Charges of reckless operation of a motor vehicle, and operating with suspended license, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for possessing/having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee.

Steven H. Austin, 67, of South Hadley. Charge of leaving the scene of property damage, to be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs, and it was paid this date.

Kenneth Wells, 51, of Springfield. Charge of operating with suspended license, to be dismissed on payment of $25 court costs.

Clinton A. Racine, 33, of Granby. Pleaded innocent to possession of Class B drug, to wit, LSD with intent to distribute, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 1/27/14 for pretrial conference.

Orange, Dec. 6, Judge Laurie MacLeod

Kelly A. Padden, 27, of East River Street, Orange. Found responsible for shoplifting, at Walmart in Orange, fined $50 and decriminalized, to wit, converted to a civil complaint.
