Douglas May, 39, of Maple Street, Athol. Charge of uninsured motor vehicle, to be dismissed on payment of $100 court costs, and it was paid. Charge of unregistered motor vehicle, dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Lori A. Sutherland, 36, of Main Street, Athol. Pleaded guilty to shoplifting, at Ocean State Job Lots in Athol, fined $250 plus victim witness assessment of $50.
