Julia L. Williams, 35, of Leyden Road, Greenfield. Admitted to sufficient facts for operating under the influence of drugs, but continued without a finding until 11/12/14, with 45-day mandatory loss of license, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50. Must have substance abuse counseling, must have no drugs or alcohol, subject to testing/screens, and must take prescribed medications. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program, but the fee of $567.22 is waived in this case. Found not responsible for marked lane violation, Admitted to sufficient facts for reckless operations of a motor vehicle, but continued without a finding until 11/12/14. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours community service. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee.

Admitted to sufficient facts for operating with suspended license, subsequence offense, but continued without a finding until 11/12/14.

William E. Perry, 35, of Easthampton, Pleaded guilty to operating under the influence of liquor, second offense, in Greenfield, placed on probation until 11/12/14, with 45-day mandatory loss of license, and must not operate a motor vehicle until the license is restored by the Registry of Motor Vehicles, plus OUI fee of $250, OUI victims assessment of $50, head injury assessment of $250, and victim witness assessment of $50. Must take and complete the driver alcohol education program and pay the fee of $567.22 . Found not responsible for violation of a miscellaneous statutory law, to wit, failure to keep right of a traffic island. Charge of negligent operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Found not responsible for going the wrong way on a state highway. Must pay $65 per month probation supervision fee.

Daniel J. Rich, 40, of Cannaan, N.H. Charge of possession of Class B drug, to wit, cocaine, in Whately by state police, in a case that occurred on 10/6/2000, fined $200, plus $50 surfine. Charge of possession of a firearm without a firearms identification card, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. but the defendant must forfeit the shotgun. A charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, was dismissed with a fine of $100 at an earlier date.

Anthony J. Saienni, 44, of Rutland, Vt. Found responsible for number plate violation, fined $35. Found not responsible for miscellaneous motor vehicle equipment violation. Charge of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Juleea O. Weimer, 18, of Wells Street, Greenfield. Found responsible for filing a false crime report, fined $50.

Jacque Coleman, 23, of Main Street, Greenfield. Placed on pre-trial probation until 5/14/14 for assault and battery, and must refrain from abuse of the victim. Charge of intimidating a witness, dismissed at request of the commonwealth. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.

Pleaded innocent to violation of miscellaneous municipal ordinance or by law, to wit, failure to use care in stopping, starting, turning or backing, and operating with suspended license, in Greenfield, released on personal recognizance, continued to 12/23/13 for pre-trial conference. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150.
