Sherimarie Leonard, 41, of East Myrtle Street, Orange. Pleaded innocent to operating with suspended license, and violation of having a motor vehicle operated in this state for more than 30 days, but registered in another state, released on personal recognizance, continued to 2/4/14 for pretrial conference.

Robert Davis, 35, of Old Town, Fl. Found responsible for speeding., to be dismissed on payment of $100 fine. Charge of operating with suspended license, dismissed at request of the commonwealth.

Corey A. Vining, 26, of Gardner. Charges of marked lane violation, operating with suspended license, and negligent operation of a motor vehicle, were not prosecuted, as, according to a written statement from a counsel on the district attorney’s staff, this was in favor of a plea on another case which was in another jurisdiction when the stop occurred. Zachery J. Drew, 21, of Metropolitan Court, Athol. Orange, Nov. 12, Judge David S. Ross

Mark R. LeBlanc, 49, of Wilder Street, Athol. Pleaded innocent to operating under the influence of liquor, fifth offense, amended up from fourth offense, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, two charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, to wit, motor vehicle in both charges, and leaving the scene of property damage, held without bail for dangerousness hearing, continued to 11/19/13 for the dangerousness hearing. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, or perform 16-hours community service.

Rachelle M. Mathey, 19, of Red Brook Lane, Orange. Admitted to sufficient facts for assault and battery, placed on probation until 2/10/14, with victim witness assessment of $50.

Keith Yagovane, 26, of Stone Road, Orange. Charges of forgery of a check, and uttering a false check, were both dismissed at request of the commonwealth. A charge of larceny under $250, was not processed at this time. Must pay legal counsel fee of $150, or perform 16 hours community service.
